Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesLocation is next to a casino (if you care about that). It is a little bit far from the main train station (about a 15 min walk), just too far to be comfortable with a lot of luggage. We turned the AC on the first night, then shut it off on the second day. When we returned, the room smelled distinctly like sewage. We turned on the AC again, and it filtered back out - just FYI. There isn't a lot of space for toiletries storage in the bathroom. Note that some of the locations noted in the sightseeing map are no longer open.
Beds were very comfy, hotel was really clean and very new. Check in was nice and easy. Free coffee and tea, and breakfast is offered for a fee. We took advantage of the free parking nearby (a 5 min walk), which was easy to use once you got the hang of it. Location is near the big Taichung Park, which is great to walk through in the mornings. Also near lots of food, including the shopping avenues closer to the main train station, and also north of the park (2 night markets). Room also provides a sightseeing map of the area around the hotel (Chinese only). There is an elevator, so no need to lug baggage up to higher floors. Staff is happy to keep baggage while you explore the city. Bathroom water pressure was great, and water got hot very quickly. Beds are hard in a good way, and quite comfortable. There is are convenient power outlets next to the beds. Great blackout curtains. Room is very soundproof - I didn't hear the neighbors at all during my stay. Wifi was nice and strong.

RomaniaThe breakfast was not too good. It was just choosing from some meals and in the morning picking it up from the reception and eating it in the room, where there was no designated space for this.
The staff was really friendly and always ready to help. There was free coffee and water in the reception area. The room was great and equipped with everything we needed.

FranceBreakfast was not great and did not vary through the stay, with only cold tea or Soya milk. Better to take the free coffee from reception.
Very friendly and helpful staff, easy checkin and offered to store luggage after checkout. Coffee at reception. Location. Room was clean and tidy and large enough.

NetherlandsThe neighbourhood is a bit poor and dirty, the hotel felt a bit out of place. But for a stay close to the trainstation this is highly recommended.
Staff was super friendly, breakfast nextdoor was included, 50% vegetarian options, so that was nice! The location was good, we spent two nights here to avoid the typhone in Kaoshiung. Later we stayed in a hotel in the centre.

It seemed that the hotel had been renovated. It is not easy to find a triple room in Taiwan. But they provided us with a triple room where we could take a good rest. We loved the beds, couch and Smart TV. Breakfast was a nice light meal. The staff could speak some Korean language, which was so impressive to us. The car parking was so convenient because we could park a car at a nearby parking building for free. In conclusion, this is a nice hotel if you have 3 members.
