It was a little bit old hotel. The wooden floor and shower room and matrix needed more attention on surface.

Free Chinese style breakfast was great for me. Even though the food selections were not many, I really enjoyed it. In addition, the room was spacious than regular.

What I don't like if I enter the room is that there is still a smell of cigarettes in every room, so it makes me a little uncomfortable, because I am allergic to cigarette smoke

What I don't like, the walls of the room are not soundproof, so the sound of the side room is very disturbing to my rest, continue to smell cigarette smoke that is still left in the room, every time I enter the room must smell cigarette smoke throughout the room it is very smelly for me because I am allergic to cigarette smoke

Floor and bath tube cleaning needed more attentions on drying.

Videos on demand were great for tourists. Chinese style breakfast tasted well. I enjoyed my breakfast while I stayed there. Hot tub was fantastic for a tired person to relax.

Not closed to MRT station. The television remote control needed more attention. A better Idea to have a new one.

Breakfast selection was good and free soft bottle drinks were provided. I personally enjoyed the meal. Hot tub was great for a tired tourist. Snack bar was wonderful.

Furniture and design a bit outdated but still workable and proper. Water pressure was a bit low, had difficulty getting the right temperature.

Breakfast was good with hot porridge and condiments. Comes with a simple western spread too. Best is they keep topping up. Love the jacuzzi, toilet was very spacious and clean.

My pad was stolen. After checkout, i discovered o don't have my pad with me and opened location check from my phone. The pad was located at the motel, so i called the frontdesk to have them check it up for me without telling them i have a gps on. 10 mins later, as I've returned to the motel, i found that my pad was turned off and last signal was from the motel. The frontdesk insisted that their staff are honest working people and leave me on the search by myself, so i called the police, after 20mins, three officers came and persuaded me to give it up because, quote i sound foreign and is driving a Porsche so i shouldn't worry about just a pad. This experience is worst than ever.

Definitely not a family hotel. If you have kids travelling with you, this is not your place.

Convenient, budget friendly. We were able to leave our backpacks there while we walked the city. The shower rooms and spa were nice...

The room was very dark as there were no windows to allow sunlight in. As soon as I walked inside the room was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke making me nauseous and uncomfortable. The room was dirty and not thoroughly clean since I could see hair strands on the floor from previous guests. The walls have peeling paint and the furnishings are outdated.

Steam shower and bathtub spa. Free soft drinks, tea/coffee mix, snacks and instant noodles.

😅 The location of the motel is not close to any MRT station 😅 Another disappointment (they did nothing wrong...) would be the room allocated to us was not the room I requested when I booked it a month before check-in 😅 The TV in the room is too old, experience would be much better if it could be a smart TV 😅 No window in the room 👎 Full of cigarettes smell 👎 The showering system is also a huge issue, the water temperature fluctuates 👎 The power socket is another huge issue, there are 2 power sockets in the bedroom, one is totally malfunctioned while the another one had ?loose wiring connections (the electricity fluctuates, able to charge our phone for a few mintues and disconnected and able to charge again after few minutes)

there’s an insect problem for sure. one night there was a cockroach and then another night there was a huge spider. floor is stained from cigarette butts. bed head board was dusty. very old place in general. the smell was very strong in cigarettes. yes it was spacious but not what you will expect for cleanliness. also want to mention it’s a sex hotel.
