Rooms not really sound proof

The wifi is very slow or far away from the room as it assigned so you get either weak signal or disconnected constantly. Toilet paper roll is a challenging task just to reach, you need to either be flexible or make an effort for it😂 The shower itself is just okay, the dispensers needed a repair and they know about it, water is hot enough but not enough for a bath, in which is unfortunate as I had chose to stay here just because of it and I couldn’t use it The bed is firm in which is another unfortunate, it’s not my cup of tea Overall there bits to bits need a fix up

It apparently was a twin bedroom, the headboard was still there, the big window is a plus point however the shade for it is outdated with cuts on it (due to some none violent reason I guess) Overall it is spacious and tidy Location wise is very good, there’s 7-11 just around the corner literally (don’t go there in the midnight, that man is a bit rude somehow.) and the opposite corner there’s Laya burger (chain store for breakfast) you can get freshly order to made breakfast from around 4:30am is a huge compliment to the stay here.

they were undergoing changes to their breakfast menu and didn't have breakfast options within the hotel available -- they collaborated with a nearby breakfast place and gave us daily vouchers for those, but the choices were very limited. there was also only one washing machine / dryer so we did have to wait a bit but otherwise that was ok. we also wished the blanket was a bit bigger and thicker though haha

staff was really helpful and my partner who only spoke English were able to communicate with them effectively enough. the facilities were clean, the room was orderly, accessories were available and the check-in/check-out process was quite smooth and easy to comprehend.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms were large with complete amenities and toiletries. We stayed on the 2nd floor and have street view from the window. Location was quiet but accessible via the mrt and bus. The self check-in was straightforward, easy, and efficient. It was cool!

Not many food options nearby, but hotel is close to the metro station. Lots of food a few stations down but not much nearby. There is a 7-11 right downstairs though!

Very friendly staff whom were extremely helpful and just nice to talk to in general. Room was very big and spacious as well.

The sound proofing was not good inside the room. Not so many vegetarian restaurants nearby.

It was kind for the staff to make efforts letting me to use the parking after check out.

The room was a little rundown and THE LIFT ! we waited for a good 12 mins just to get into the lift for check out.

We were there for a night and didn’t really explore the hotel as we reached late and left early the next morning. I would say the breakfast was good.

The toilet is too loud, and the door to the bathroom made huge noise every time you open or close it. The laundry floor is kinda messy.

The location is great, the room is a bit bigger than expected. The staff is very helpful and kind.

The hotel remembers better times. This would be OK if it was clean. I had to change the room, dust everywhere (floor, bedside tables). Other geust hair. Even in changed room bathroom really need a good scrub. Lift dirty, carpets in the corridors dirty. Disapointing experience.

Great room, massive bed, very clean, really close to the MRT and lots of shops around! Also great price!!! Sherry at the reception was super friendly and helpful, made you feel so welcome!! Would definitely go back!
