Clean and kind staff location is good too

The rooms are big and well equipped. The location is easily accessible and there are plenty of good restaurants and malls in the vicinity.

The 4PM check in and 7AM breakfast time were a little bit late.

The staff at The Tango went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to make us feel welcome. The friendly service made for an excellent stay in Taipei, and the little touches in the room made it even more special.

We didn’t get breakfast with our booking so can’t comment. The laundry room was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. Good shower and nice touch with Bath salt for the bath.

The gym facility was quite limited.

Room was fair size for the price. Slippers could be better. Location was easy to move around. Staff were friendly. Check in time 4pm could improve n check out 11 am can also improve.

Right in front of bldg..there are step no really visible. My whole family trip. It's dangerous. Something should be done .

The location is good , not far from the MRT station . The staff were very helpful

The room electric power issues from the sockets . Laptops could not charge and there flicking lights from the ceiling during the night . This hotel is not 4 or 5 star , maybe 3 star.

The receptionist all were really friendly. Room was really nice and clean. Hotel looks really nice and in the zhongsan district. Places to eat nearby aswell. Umbrella for guests to use for the day at entrance.

A little hard to find the hotel at night Gym is not very good... small space and odd selection of weights (some in kg, some in lbs)

The Tango Hotel was excellent in all ways, the breakfast was great, room was clean and quiet and was in a good location. The staff was perfect, a special call out to one of the front desk people, Lulu was amazing, very helpful and caring. I would go back for that one reason alone (Thank you Lulu!).

I did not find any issues with my stay at the Tango.

Enjoyed amenities like the bath tub and the provision of bath salts. Also very thought was the plastic ziplock bag provided for visitors to take home the used soap. Ecological and practical. Room was spacious and has a pleasing modern design.

A little far from the subway

Everything was excellent. Complimentary drinks, laundry, cleanliness, location and helpful staff

Although the room was a little small for our 3 suitcases to be open at the same time, it was a nice, good sized clean room with a power shower and bath. The beds were very comfortable and we all had the best sleep. The staff were efficient, very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a laundry room in the basement.

The breakfast was just OK so we only went once.

Quiet location in a convenient area

The hotel is very new and modern and the facilities are clean. We chose the deluxe room which is very spacious and bright. I particularly like the lighting inside the room. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The only concern is the location of the hotel which is off the main road and in a laneway. Within 100 m, there are three Tango hotels. It's a bit confusing for the taxi driver. It takes about 20 min to walk to Taipei central station which has an express train to go to Taoyuan International Airport. About 50 min travel time.
