Really nice room and bathroom. Great location as was right in the center of all my meetings. Not too busy traffic and easy to get a taxi. Restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. Really good value.

I like all the room fixtures - bathroom, coffee and tea equipment. Mini bar is complimentary as well as coffee and yogurt in the common area for the whole day. There's an ice machine per floor. It's a very good boutique hotel.

A bit pricey. Would have thought breakfast would be included in the price we paid. Gym could do with a yoga mat and some other equipment like a weighted bag/kettle bells/weighted med ball.

I actually returned to the same hotel after a short trip. My luggage that I left there was in my room when I returned. I had deliveries made to me and the staff kept it in the temperature controlled area as requested. Service was really good.

Despite an issue during one of my previous stays, I've been back to this hotel several times and most of the staff continue to be very accommodating and helpful. It may need a bit of improvement with some of its equipment in the rooms but not a big issue. Location is very convenient with eating places, convenience stores and the subway station just around 5 minutes walk away. I will continue to stay in this hotel in my future trips to Taipei.

Good sized room, had everything I wanted and more: very nice bath and shower, coffee machine, microwave, and even a washer dryer in a small balcony outside of the room.

The hotel is close to the subway station, which makes traveling around the city and the surrounding area easier without a car or motor bike. The room we stay in has a washer/dryer, which is a plus for the two of us as we like to travel light on long trips. Staff is awesome and helpful. I have left my camera charger after checking out. The staff notified me right away via email, but I was already on a plane out of the country. The staff is helping with arrangements to ship the charger back to my home. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I ever travel back to this city.

The first impression upon entering the lobby was not exactly the best one as the decor was dark coloured and lights very dim. It felt a bit gloomy. But it turned out to be a very nice stay. It is located near the mrt station where the green and brown lines intersect. It's easy access to many of the touristy sights.Lots of eateries and convenience stores near it. The staff was helpful. Bed very comfortable. There is also a microwave oven in the room. Only 2 issues: lighting in the room is very dim and the remote control to the motorised curtains only worked intermittently. But still I liked the hotel and will likely stay there again when I go to Taipei
