I like the location and the room.

The sofa is a bit dirty.

There restaurants and convenience stores around. You can change some currencies in the hotel much better rate than the airport. Staff was nice helped us change the room after check in. Microwave is available in the room. There is complementary teas, softdrinks and Japanese crackers in the minibar/fridge.

In general I find the review scores misleading. It is an ok hotel. However the price is not justified. Even with the discount of around 60% on booking.com I still felt like it was too much for what it was. (Maybe that's just a sales strategy?) The hotel has a dark feel and especially the first room was dusty. However after negotiating to move to another room it was better. You get the impression that this hotel was once modern but had suffered with time. When i go to Taipei again I probably choose a different hotel.

Staff is pro active and accommodating. Good lounge snacks.

Window shades did not work. TV sound was also intermittent.

The room overall wasn't bad but for the price it wasn't worth it. We had a nice bath tub but had to run the water a few times with the jets to clean out the old water. Also the lighting in the room was really bad. We couldn't get it bright enough for comfortable reading without a little eye strain. The tv was a mess, it would randomly turn off and disconnect. Eventually we just gave up on the cable television and connected it to our phone for Apple TV but then it would randomly stop working. And I would have to re-connect. Breakfast was ok but lacked a good variety. It mostly featured oily foods with a small fruit and bread selection.

1. Location was directly connected to the Airport line. It took only 20 mins from the TSA airport. 2. Had a Japanese toilet, speakers, and washer/dryer 3. Many food choices and convenience stores nearby

Too much unneccesary fluff: there is music playing in the hall that can be heard throughout the day and night, if you are staying by the ice machine, you can hear the ice drop throughout the night, if you are using anything in the washroom, the toilet cover keeps coming up and down 2. Room rug is dirty

The room was nice and the mini bar had lovely snacks. I forgot my dress in the hotel and they sent it to me via post . So I really appreciate it.

Really nice room and bathroom. Great location as was right in the center of all my meetings. Not too busy traffic and easy to get a taxi. Restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. Really good value.

I like all the room fixtures - bathroom, coffee and tea equipment. Mini bar is complimentary as well as coffee and yogurt in the common area for the whole day. There's an ice machine per floor. It's a very good boutique hotel.

Very modern room. Spacious. Free drinks and snacks in mini bar and coffee. Very comfortable bed. And gym. By the train station

A bit pricey. Would have thought breakfast would be included in the price we paid. Gym could do with a yoga mat and some other equipment like a weighted bag/kettle bells/weighted med ball.

I actually returned to the same hotel after a short trip. My luggage that I left there was in my room when I returned. I had deliveries made to me and the staff kept it in the temperature controlled area as requested. Service was really good.

Location is great

The largest room they offer actually feels smaller bc the size was allocated to the bathroom.
