The elevator is not comfortable. I am concerned about its safety level. There is little air flow inside the elevator. It makes the ride uncomfortable.

The breakfast menu is full of variety. It's good it changes daily.

Lack of privacy due the way the room was designed. The is no separate room for the toilet and shower which can disturb another person in the room.

Didn’t like the fact that the breakfast was buffet only and we couldn’t just have a coffee and pastry.

Very funky ,comic book theme. Rooms were clean, comfortable and smartly laid out. Staff were fabulous and the hotel was centrally situated.Kids love the free candies on site.

It could have offered a bit more space and a view (we had none) but that is just a nice to have.

I liked the fact that each of the beds had dedicated sockets with USB connection which we only found out upon arriving. What made me choose this hotel was that the sink was accessible from the main room while the T&B were separate from each other. This meant each of the facilities allowed independent access which I thought was most ideal for triple sharing. I do not recall seeing any other hotel room designed this way.

Room didn’t have a separate bathroom but that is understandable due to smaller room size, we used the lobby bathroom if needed.

Great location, close to MRT 2 stops away from Taipei Main Stn and bus stop right outside. Was quiet despite the rather central location (stayed on floor 3). We had 3 single beds and despite the small room size there was space to have our luggage’s out and lots of room to hang clothes/items. All toilets are equipped with a bidet. There are snacks in the lobby and a free welcome drink!

To our surprise, the bed was rock hard and difficult to get used to. Unfortunately, it's not stated on the booking site when rooms come without windows. The hotel is right next to some main roads, so it can get a bit noisy.

Unfortunately, we booked a room without a window. The staff was able to accommodate us and change our room—thank you! The property has a cool design and is very well located, with lots of food and shopping options, as well as the subway nearby.

The staff were very friendly especially Stanley who was helpful in both Mandarin and English. The hotel has a very cohesive cute design with a cool little candy bar area. Cocktails in the restaurant were great ( I had the honey trap) and there were pretty of nearby coffee, shopping, and restaurants.
