How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Verified reviewStaffs, shuttles to the HSR station, free apples (the apples make the corridor smells good), free laundry with free detergent. The sent-to-room breakfasts were exceptionally delicious 😋 The fitness room were not so big but very compatible, facilities and equipments were maintained well. Cleaning staffs, restaurant (happyhour) staffs and counter staffs were all helpful. The shuttle driver was also very professional and gentle. Also, where can I buy the special designed cube?
I booked this hotel because of the design of the appearance, however, every morning there were pegeons waking us up 🫠 I think it can be some plus points for some people who like nature. Also there was a small spider in the shower.

Verified reviewGreat location in downtown, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Entertaining views from the room onto the nearby junction. The interior is decorated very well and fancy. Verified reviewPretty new hotel. Facility and room is nice and clean. The restaurant hasn't opened yet when we stayed there so breakfast was sent to the room at the specified time we chose. Breakfast was very delicious and portions were good. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
Parking is about a 5 minute walk, not a big deal for me as weather was nice but if it was raining it would have been an annoyance. The hotel lobby and hall area are perfumed which is nice, but I feel the the scent is a bit strong which lead to me having minor allergy when entering and exiting hotel. So if the fragrance can be reduced a bit it would be perfect.

Breakfast in the room (had to sit on the bed), buffet would be the preferred choice for breakfast (less foodwaste). Not really soundproof.

Verified reviewThe property is clean and new and in a perfect location and the room is spacious and the toilet is big and clean and all the minibar and snacks are inclusive in the rate.. and they use high-quality shampoo and shower gel and excellent quality face masks even .. the room also has a massage chair And a glass front wall, which give very good daylight during the day and wonderful view during the night and although it is made from containers, but the sound isolation is great
We arrived at 3 PM exactly which is the check in time as per the hotel, but the room was not ready and we have to wait for it which was not nice.. specially we can see that the hotel is not full And the hotel still lacking facilities, as it is new like the reception bar/cafe and the rooftop bar, for example The front desk staff need more training as I can see they are easily confused about reservation and if the payment done or not in advance, even check in procedure
