Nice location, but rooms are very small, noisy, and not the cleanest. Good for a quick stay, not for long-term comfort.

Angel Hostel Xiamen is a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Taipei. The location is excellent, close to public transport, shops, and local attractions. The staff were kind and helpful, and the common areas were clean. My room was simple but cozy, perfect for budget travelers. A little more soundproofing would make it even better, but overall, it’s a great value for the price.

The bathrooms and toilets it's outside the hotel. The gustes have to hold the card key to open the outside door to go to the toilets. I have very bad experience one in the middle of night I opliged to go the toilet. I go outside the room and forgot the card key. I have to go back again to bring they key. Its was really complicated to use the toilets

I just like the bed was very clean and smells good. The staff were very good. Helpfull the location was perfect at the heart of Taipei. Ximen area. Everything nearby.

The bathroom sinks and floor could use a little more cleaning but it's tolerable.

I liked how convenient it is to places and sights in Central Taipei. The staff are also very helpful and nice. They all speak English. The dorm bedding is comfy and smells nice. The air-conditioning is at the perfect temperature. The other guests are respectfully quiet inside the room. I like how they have items like mini and big towels for rent. The bathrooms have free body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Overall, I had a pretty awesome stay.

Toilets are outside the hostel and hence we need to get toilet paper from the hostel and go outside the hostel for toilets. Cleaniness in the common area and shower room needs improvement.

3-storey beds. It's not comfortable to climb every night to the highest level. I don't like also the toilet separated from the rest of the hostel and no toilet paper inside (you have to take it from the corridor).

Relatively good quality for a low price. Good location - at the city center. Facilities are ok - access to a fridge, water dispenser, lockers etc. The staff speaks English fluently.

Location was excellent in relation to shops and public transport. Staff very helpful. All facilities were clean.

0 sound preservation, you could hear everyone in the main areas as if they were sitting on your bed. Signs were up saying to keep the level down after 11/12 but it usually got louder by 12-2 than it was before. I’ve been in hostels with both bars and karaoke bars attached to it and had less noise issues…

Out of the places I stayed in Taiwan this one was my favorite. Not because the hostel itself is something super special but the people there are super nice, some of them stay there longer term. From the second you check in they are friendly and greet you and are up for a chat. It seems like there is always something going on.

It is a very good experience overall. The place near to everywhere, and also nearby stations. The only bad things is I cannot connect to the wifi, I guess there is problem connection with my phone, since my laptop can connect just fine. And the night employee guy has bad attitude. I ask about wifi problem and replacing blanket nicely but he always answered indifferently.

Bed wasn’t so comfortable, but alright My flight got delayed and they did t offer late check in or anything so I had to find another option ( I astilbes half an hours after check in and messaged them before to ask)

Toilet's outside the common area and far from the dormitory, need to pass through three different doors and always using the e card if going from the dorm to the toilet. Toilet a bit dirty the first afternoon. Weak WiFi. The common area seemed packed with people in the evening. Pretty packed with luggage was the luggage room.

Friendly staff, centrally located, comfortable bunk bed, free water disposal, sink for washing the dishes, lockers.
