The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is also very quick to respond to customer requests. The mattress is also quite comfortable. The most important thing is that the room has a toilet bidet👍🏻👍🏻

They were unclear about rooms having Japanese bidet, they say “deluxe room” have Japanese bidet but when you arrive, they will say it is a random room - good thing I saved a screenshot of the chat and showed it to Alex, they made it work.

It was a good location, value for money. Alex was very good in handling our requests.

Toilet was blocked, but they resolved it immediately and the outer areas were a bit grotty, can hear the noise of other patrons talking, showering etc and the light through the door gap. So used my bags as door stoppers instead

Some staff only speak very basic English. It's still okay to communicate with any translators, though.

It is mostly a good budget hotel near the Ximending area, so I highly recommend. I was visiting the National Taiwan University (NTU), and this hotel is well connected to NTU by the subway right in front of the hotel. It is very convenient even on heavily rainy days. Also, the room is very clean and the air conditioning is well-prepared. Also, the sandwich and toast stand at the entrance of the hotel is great for breakfast, too!

The hotel is inside an old building. The furnishings seems to be a little dated. Carpet is also stained..we have to wear bedroom slippers. The step of the bathroom is also high. Location is convenient. Just opposite ximending

I feel a little uncomfortable using the elevator because some floors in the same building do not belong to the hotel. By the way, there is a key card that only guests can use to access the hotel floors.

The place is very clean and tidy. The room is very big. I have plenty of space for my bag and other stuff.

No mirror in the bedroom for outfits, only in the bathroom. Gaps under the door allow sound from the hallway, but still felt private in the room.

We enjoyed a delightful four-night stay at this hotel, perfectly situated right in front of the vibrant Ximending Shopping District. The room was both spacious and immaculate, with a wonderfully comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. Despite our tendency to leave the room in a bit of disarray, we were pleasantly surprised to return to a pristine space, as the houskeeping staff was diligent in their efforts, changing towels daily and restoring order. The bathroom also exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and the added luxury of a bidet, which we particularly appreciated.

Sound proofing for the room is quite poor. You can hear water sounds at night when your neighbour is taking a shower. Not for the light sleepers.

The location was perfect, right next to the MRT exit and bus stops. The room is cleaned every day, along with towels and mineral water. The check-in process was smooth and you can also store your luggage.
