Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SingaporeThe photos of the room was really good and the actual room was just slightly below expectation as shown in the photo. There were some smell of smoke throughout our stay. However, it did not deter us from having restful sleep and enjoy the comfort of the stay.
No frills hotel with sufficient basic amenities for good night’s rest. The self check in was seamless, with helpful staff giving some guidance. Location was quite good with petrol station, mcdonalds & starbucks nearby. 7-11 just a short walk away. Room is larger than the usual.

The air-conditioner makes strange noises after 2–3 hours of use, requiring it to be turned off for 30 minutes before restarting.

United KingdomHygiene, cleanliness and poor management. -hair around the floor and stains since enter the room -empty body wash with no refills, no ones refill after report to the receptionist in the morning, need to go down the second time to remind the staff in the night -No AC for two nights, first night being move to the next room for a sleepover, no maintenance fixed after the night, second night same problem, receptionist bring us a fan due to full house. Solution from them: one nights refund
