The shower area is a bit small, but doable given the price of the room. Strictly cannot check in before 4 pm. Staff will not bother checking if the room is available.

The property was slightly old and in the midst of a revamp.

It was convenient to walk to places from the location. The staff were courteous and nice especially when it came to fixing the faulty toilet seat.

The photos of the room was really good and the actual room was just slightly below expectation as shown in the photo. There were some smell of smoke throughout our stay. However, it did not deter us from having restful sleep and enjoy the comfort of the stay.

No frills hotel with sufficient basic amenities for good night’s rest. The self check in was seamless, with helpful staff giving some guidance. Location was quite good with petrol station, mcdonalds & starbucks nearby. 7-11 just a short walk away. Room is larger than the usual.

We arrived at 15:00 to check in but the rooms weren’t ready for another 15 minutes. Walls are a little torn in the rooms and carpet had stains.

The bed is spring loaded. Very hard. The floors needed to be shampooed. The hotel overall needs to be cleaned from the entrance to the elevator to the hallway to the rooms.

Interior of the room could do with some refurnishing. There was smoke smell coming from the corridor. Had to open to windows and balcony to air and clear smell in the middle of the night.

Rooms, bathrooms and the facilities are older. Even though it's a non-smoking facilities, the hallways and some rooms still has smoke odor. No smart TV, could even watch YouTube

The is out of date and not maintained with the loose faucet, tear down curtain and wallpaper, and did not look clean. Although it mentioned parking is limited, be mindful it seems to be "very limited". An alternative recommended paid lot is actually farther and significantly more expensive than another one closed to the PX Mart.

Water pressure of hot water is not stable. Sometimes too cold/hot. Refrigerator and AC unit is little noisy.

The room is not in a hotel; it is in a building where regular residents also rent or live. Although it was advertised with parking, all spaces are fully reserved by the residents. The air-conditioner makes strange noises after 2–3 hours of use, requiring it to be turned off for 30 minutes before restarting.

Old and dated property. Although stated as non smoking hotel, the corridors smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. Housekeeping is very poor. No safe provided in our room although other rooms have. No shampoo in the bath, only body wash was provided.

Though they upgraded my room, but it was a corner room and frankly has smell so need to air. The carpet was also not very clean. And worst there is a “pad” stick to the ceiling, guess there was leaking.

Hygiene, cleanliness and poor management. -hair around the floor and stains since enter the room -empty body wash with no refills, no ones refill after report to the receptionist in the morning, need to go down the second time to remind the staff in the night -No AC for two nights, first night being move to the next room for a sleepover, no maintenance fixed after the night, second night same problem, receptionist bring us a fan due to full house. Solution from them: one nights refund
