How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Some shops, restaurants or seveneleven are close by.
The airport is not too far away, but the ongoing construction at the airport takes some extra time too, which was still OK. for us.

No cups to drink a coffee from, No english on menu, or instructions for TV, computer, bedside remote. . It is a Motel we did not have a car, but it was closer to airport. Uber dropped us off and another picked us up.
Big bath, very comfortable bed and pillows, coffee sachet, Large room, safe lock up.

Some instructions were lost in translation but we worked out how to control the lights from the central controller. There was a seamless open plan with only a curtain between bedroom and bathroom.
So conveniently close to the airport for an overnight stay. Mattress and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The water was hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Inexpensive for budget travellers. There was a heart shaped bathtub for 2. As a motel there was a garage for a car with a roller door and the unit was connected to the garage.

I like that it is near the airport, 10 minutes travel by taxi but not a metered taxi. Paid 300 NTD

Property is super convenient to the airport. Checkin is very easy. Room was quiet and clean and the surrounding neighborhood had enough places to grab convenience items and food for a short stay over. I would stay here again if I needed an airport hotel. Prices are good

The room had ants, furniture had tears, things were not clean and the tea/coffee station was not replenished. It felt like it was a fun place 2 years ago but hadn't been well maintained since

We already knew this was a sex motel, so nothing related to this has caused any kind of frustration. The fact that it's a decent price close to the airport was all we needed for a couple of hours rest. The staff was also very attentive. However, the big letdown was that the cleanliness. The room was very damp and smelled of cigarette. The worst of all was that there was a big stain on the sheets, which you can already imagine what it was. Since this is a sex motel, the attention to making it clean for the next guests must be double the effort to any other hotel, because you don't want to encounter any body fluids from previous guests.
The location is very convenient, only 15 minutes from the airport. The price is also much cheaper than a stay at other hotels. 24/07 reception is also a great plus. The room is also pretty spacious.

If booking you should remember that this is not a regular motel but a "love motel" and adjust your expectations accordingly. Its convenient for quick overnight layover from the airport, but not as a "base" for tourism. As long as you understand that its perfectly fine. The bathroom was rather dilapidated, but the room features all fine and comfortable.
Its quite close to Taoyuan airport - I had an overnight layover.

Even though the room was in a garage, it was pretty big and nicely decorated with a giant and comfortable bed. The motel is located 10-15 minutes drive from the airport.

Well it's a sex hotel, but the room is clean and the price is great. Don't expect anything special, but for 1 -2 nights it'll do just fine!
The place is very close to the airport and it's a good value for money. Plus you can check-in 24h which is very convenient for late or early flights. 7-11 and order stores are just on the opposite street!.

The wifi was very slow, and it was hard to work out the controls for the lights and air conditioning. Some fresh milk in the fridge would have been appreciated by this western traveller!
This is a "love" hotel, as evidenced by the discretion and the condoms on the bedsite table. My colleague and I booked it mostly because it was close to the airport and we had a flight very early the following morning. However, we made good use of the huge baths and the beds were comfortable. The room was really large, as was the bed. In short, good value even when you are just on a boring work trip.
