How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We really enjoyed the 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. Really convenient for a family of 4. And management was amazing ! They helped us with everything and including setting up a last minute chauffeur/guide tour to be able to visit multiple spots in 1 day ! Awesome !!! Thank you

I have the Genius Program, however the room was quite small. Also the cleaning could be improved.
The staff was great and super helpful when needed and also the position is central. Price - quality, ok. The breakfast for me was included, that was also ok.

Our room had two double beds but otherwise space was very tight for 4 adults and luggage. Pillows not great. 10 mins walk to nearest MRT (which was tough in Summer heat & humidity) Wifi very intermittent. Dryer took forever to dry clothes.
Our room was clean with a modern bathroom and a tv (which we never tried). The hotel had a washing machine and dryer which was useful. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our luggage both before heck-in and after check-out. Hot water, a microwave and snacks were available in the foyer. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was in one of two venues: Mos Burger where we had a bacon/ham & egg/omelet burger and orange juice, or a Soy Milk local restaurant where we could sample local fare including soy/peanut milk, rice rolls or egg & meat bao buns or pastries

wifi can be sketchy - I had trouble connecting more than one device. Its In party central but I did not hear any noise from my room - there is an oddness to the place which is hard to fully explain
The location is good central to most things with food and support close by. Train stations are a short walk and makes the city accessible

You will need to go out of the hotel to collect breakfast.
Hotel is on central location. Near shopping center and many resto near the area. Rooms are big and bed are comfortable. Bathrooms are big and nice, quite modern toilet.

About 15mins walk from the taipei main station
Location is in the old district of taipei city. Lots of food store and restaurants.

It's in a pretty convenient location, thought they should fix the Google maps listing as this says closed permanently and this is confusing. The room was small but clean and provided a nice place to crash for the night. Good for the price.

Great location with superb food nearby. Rooms really small and air on instructions in Chinese so took a bit of head scratching. Staff friendly and no problems communicating. Would stay again but only by myself as room so small.

We stayed there for 4 nights,but 2nd day onwards,we requested for room cleaning services,but no one clean for us. When we back to hotel at night (around 11pm) after day trip,there's no one at reception,hence we couldnt feedback on this. Overall is good,except for this point.
The location is good,nearby zhong shan metro station. The hotel is clean and grand.

Google Map shows permanently closed. Email to the hotel was not responded, but Booking.com customer service responded.
Location, walkable from several MRT Station. Many restaurants and shops around.

There was not any wardrobe in the room. Only some hangers
The help I received from the staff and especially from receptionist Tracy! Tracy was very helpful and polite! I also liked their A/C system and the choice I could have: processed clean air in the room or A/C.

The walls are very thin and I could hear other residents in their rooms. Fortunately, they were all respectful and slept at night time.
I liked that it was quiet enough all night long to get a good sleep. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

Elevator nosy.
Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Initially I was placed in a room by the elevator which was noisy, however they immediately moved me to a quieter room.

We had a difficult time finding the hotel.
*Proximity to the Main train station. *Wonderful staff who allowed us to store our luggage before we could check in. *Nice breakfast provided at nearby cafe.
