We suggest to improve on lighting/ flickering lights, a switch to navigate the air-con and it seems that water is leaking on the floor when we use the bathtub.

The location is walking distance to night market and other stores. Facilities are clean and orderly.

The location is good, within walking distance to the night market. Room and toilet very spacious, good for families. Room is clean too.

They were quite poor in English communication but it was ok for me they tried to speak with me a lot.

This hotel is near Taoyuan airport it takes a taxi around 25-30 min and the hotel can call a taxi for me. The room was so big and clean and located near a convenience store. The staff was very nice and they can help me a lot.

Air condition from main. Option is on or off. Can't adjust the temperature. Too cold in November in the evening and night. The carpet floor is very hard to drag heavy luggages on the floor. And smell in the room from the carpet. You need to open windows to reduce the smell. If you use public transportation and come with a lot of stuff. It's 2.3 km from taoyuan rail station, not near any MRT. Only public buses can reach the hotel. Better choose another location. You need to call a taxi or Uber to pick you up. It's not 10-15 minutes walk as described. If you want to check in even an hour earlier. They will charge you a half day fee. Inflexible. Guest have questions and type in English to ask in the app. Stuff reply to you by copy as paste in Chinese and answer not the same question that you asked. Very waste time. Because you need to wait so long for each time. Once they understood your question. But the answer wasn't clear. I guess, because they're not strong in English. If next room use the 🛁 🚿 bathroom.you can hear sound of tap and flush toilet. Minimart, family mart or 7-elelven, you need to walk to the night market. Food shops are easy to find for local people who know about Taiwanese food in this area. For foreigners it's a bit difficult. But however you still survive. Curtains are not thick enough to block the light in the day. You need blindfold to cover if want to 💤 sleep.

Room, my room no.317 most big area on 3rd floor if see from floor plan. Very wide more than expected. Have tea and coffee with a kettle, 2 clean waters. Fridge old but works fine. Breakfast, variety for asian and west people if compared with hotels in the US there's more expensive but breakfast looks so poor. Quiet room, no need for ear plugs. This room full with windows. I like it. Recommend for who has a car. 8,9 minutes walk to the night market. Your room can get sunshine in the morning. Just open curtains. It's good to kill germs in your room. It can't burn you in bed because this room is so big don't worry. If you are serious about sensitive numbers and no need for anyone to touch your credit or debit card while paying the room fare. Tell them. They will ask you to pad the card on your own. Good for solo traveller or couple. Only warm lights in the room as described. Not bright much. Don't have cool light or fluorescent light in room. Good for those who need to rest. I hope my suggestions will be helpful.

The washbasin does not drain efficiently.

I altogether stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Buffet breakfast, which was good enough for the price, was served only for the first morning. The other mornings I was served a breakfast bag sent to the door, which was not as good as the buffet. However, this was not a big concern.

It's an old building, but overall it's well-maintained, water pressure in the bathroom was quite bad. The ambience is a bit gloomy, and needs a makeover, especially the common area lighting.

Very central to everything, the hotel is right on the main street. Convenience stores nearby, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are all within walking distance. Staff speak English and are friendly and accommodating, rooms are bigger than expected. Main train station is a 10min walk away. Rooms are fully carpeted with proper amenities.

One thing only is the place 30 to 40 mins away from the attraction and the taoyuan airport so we need to ride public bus going to metro station to go in Taipei main station.the blower is not working. The rest are quite okay

The bed was so comfy, the receptionist are very accommodating.The room was perfectly granted as my request three beds. Their very hospitable taiwanese.

There was nothing I liked, the room looked like someone had been murdered on it. It was filthy. The bed had black gold on the bottom the wall paper was damp and peeling and the shower was only cold. I felt like I was going to be murdered at night.
