The coffee was actually terrible and could be so much better. But thankfully the overall breakfast spread was amazing!

Everyone who worked there was amazing. Very nice and helpful. I booked a tour through them after I failed to do so online and it was so easy. The pool is fabulous . The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are perfect. I did not eat ruler but the buffett looked really impressive .There are great restaurants nearby and a family mart or 711 is really close , I can't remember which one. There is a bank in the lobby and that's amazing for money exchange.

Great location, wifi easy to connect, didn’t have time to experience other facilities but very close to areas where I need to go to including local shopping centres. Great value for money. Very good customer service. No doubt will stay again Has USB ports for charging which I prefer also.

Taiwan7 Reviews“A wonderful stay at a first class hotel”The usage of the pool required a swim cap which was not mentioned in the welcome email. The only swim cap available was for purchase at $280NT. You can get one from the US for less than that. I heard that the hotel used to provide free swim caps. I hope that gets reinstated.
Everything was nice. The lobby was beautiful. the staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfy, The breakfast buffet was delicious.

This was our second stay after 9 years. The place is well maintained, staff are helpful and friendly and provide great service, so it truly felt like a 5* hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Facilities are great, including the sauna and pool.

One of the better hotels I've been to during my 2 weeks stay in Taiwan. The staff was really friendly and attentive. We booked a connecting room and were surprised by how big the rooms were. We could easily open up our luggage on the floor and with plenty of walking space around the room. The breakfast spread was really good, with a wide selection of food to choose from. The gym is well equipped to do a proper session of workout if needed.
