We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyWe knew it would be New Years Eve (week) but fireworks until 23:30h in front of our bungalow with little kids sleeping isn’t the best situation. Due to the New Years we paid a very high price.
The owner Sunny is good as gold. With a little “playground”, breakfast und turtles our kids were very,very happy. It is really close to the train station where also the busses leave for “Taroko Nationalpark”

United KingdomMy initial impression was that, because the rooms are a little basic, the hotel was overpriced. But the service and character changed my mind
I'm sure there are fancier places to stay in Hualien, but none will have half the character of this hotel. Xincheng has a real village feel. It is also closer to Taroko Gorge, with buses and scooter rental at the train station. Xincheng also has a big deserted beach to go for a stroll. The highlight of a stay is the proprietress - she is super helpful and friendly

Czech RepublicThe location is very quiet, without traffic, a short distance from the station. The individual apartments are located around a large courtyard and the accommodation is in nature. The owner is very nice and helpful, she helped me arrange to rent a bike at the rental office.

United StatesThe room is large & clean and comfortable, 10 mins walk to a nice beach. The boss is super friendly and helpful. She picked us up at the train station at our arrival, and drove us again to the station at our departure, which is really great for us especially when we have lot’s of luggages.
