Lage ok. Zimmer und Badezimmer sauber. Die angekündigte und vorhandene Küche und Essbereich im Erdgeschoss wurde ausdrücklich nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir mussten auf dem Zimmer mit eigenen Utensilien Frühstück zubereiten und verzehren.

Das kenne ich in Taiwan zu diesem Preis wesentlich besser.

When you book and before check into our homestay that we have mentioned to you due to the reason of COVID 19, we are not provide the lobby and public area to customers to use. And you are all agree and accept it. According to this, we do not understand why you still issue the thing that you already agreed. It’s really glad of you choose our homestay to be you and your friends taking a break place in Hualien. We are sorry for can not let you feel satisfied. Hoping you can find the place as you wish for to have a better break. I hope all is well with you.
