Reviews of Shin Sei Bashi Hotel 3 stars

Amazing location with many amenities and the famous Miyaha just a street across. I also appreciate that the hotel arranges and provides free parking of car, although it is not within the hotel building itself

As I was driving, I needed to confirm the car parking situation but I did not get a response. What made me uncomfortable was that the carpark address was not the same as the hotel and was uncertain about parking rules. The room smelt heavily of chlorine when I first entered, and the socket was behind the pillow on the bed frame.

Location: walking distance to the train station, across the road from Miyahara.

The location, the staff and the price!

No windows with rooms very hot and quite a lot of noise from the other rooms.

Check in was smooth and easy, room was superb and comfy. Location was great too, near Taichung Railway Station which was just five minutes away.

The cleaner, I mean we appreciate that the cleaner has done room keeping, however, he or she was quite loud and shocked us from our morning sleep. Wish they could keep it quiet during the next booking.

Staff is very polite and proactive. The facilities are clean and value for money.

Room was clean and bright. Easy to reach from the station. The staff and owner were very helpful and let us left our backage over night when we went to Sun Moon Lake

The hotel's location is really nice, close to the station and some attractions, such as the Miyahara shop. The hotel is really clean and the staff are nice and attentive.
