Clean and nice hotel, also got a quite big room. Sadly no nice view though, just looking into another building. Friendly staff, speaking well English. Easy self service check in machines. Great location within walking distance to Taichung Park and other nice areas and restaurants.

ThailandOther staff except the ones I mentioned above were not so friendly. The moment I checked in, I said hello and what he did was just pointed to the self-check-in kiosk/machine and said nothing. Again, the machine was somehow cool but the overall feeling was sad. We did not feel welcomed since we arrived till we left.
Great Location, Comfy bed, enough space for our suitcases and stuffs. The lady at the reception and the breakfast staff were really nice and helpful. They sent what you asked for by a robot which was cool but also a bit sad and dry in term of the core of hospitality.

AustraliaI’m not a fan of self check-in at hotels. Staff were mostly invisible, although when around, they were.helpful.
Modern, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. Super quiet, I didn’t hear any noise from either the street or other guests. Short walk from the train station and many attractions. Tea/coffee bags and bottled water supplied. Buffet breakfast with many choices, mostly Asian dishes but also options for those preferring a continental breakfast. I really appreciated the fresh fruits and salads.
