The breakfast that we ate during our stay.We stayed there for 5 nights and we received the same breaksfast for 5 days also. Only in the sunday that we ate in the buffet area. Sometimes we hear the voices from the other room specially when they are doing there thing at night. I think the facility is not soundproof as stated

The Property is just at the center and accessible to all. Staffs are also accommodating even though there's a language barrier(need to use google translate to communicate).For the room it is so spacious.You will received a room same as the pictures provided.Our stay is good

The view from our room was nice with the cute canal in front of the building. However, the design of the building was strange with a small window, so it's hard to see the view. The bathroom was clean but maybe the building was old so there was a smell.

The hotel is inside the Asian mall with a great location - near the main Taichung station, Miyahara, and a lot of night markets. Our room was large and tidy with some basic amenities, you may ask the staff if you need more.

Breakfast on Sunday is buffet style, but the fruit juice machine is dirty. There is not much variety in the breakfast options. On normal days, breakfast is ordered from others, with only one sandwich and one drink. For the Sunday breakfast buffet, the vegetables are cooked with onion and garlic. Customers who are vegetarians have no vegetables to eat.

Location near to Taichung Railway Station, walking distance, many buses can go to places that we want. The room is quite clean, and the staff are polite and helpful.

Please pay attention to the address of the hotel - all the info is there is more than just finding the right building on the map. The hotel is located on one floor in a building that has a lot of floors and a lot of other facilities in it, so the challenge is to find the right one and to get there. There are about 20 elevators in the building, but only a few go to the floor that you need. The best bet there is to follow the signs to G11 hotel (elevator next to the main entrance) and choose the right floor.

Fairly central location, competitive price, fairly spacious rooms, good parking arrangement (just go in the underground parking of the building and register your number at the check-in)

The room is not soundproof and they also provides the temporary guest (3hrs $450) so we can hear other room activities. And the smoke that left in room is so bad !!

The property is surrounded by KTVs (upper and lower level). The room is not soundproof and you can hear the music from the other levels until mid night. The Wifi is weak and not stable. The towel and bedsheet have minor stains.

im just concern why theyre collecting money from the customer when they find out a small stain in the blanket ? just a little stain. and they if you don't what yo pay you need to wash the blanket. why? is this a sideline of the staff to get more money? were paying the exact amount and they don't want to be dirt their blanket's? ..what's the purporse? are'nt you going the change the cover of the bed, blankets etc.?. i feel bad that day because last time i stay in the hotel it's not like that. when your going to check out you just only gove the key and leave. but that day you just need to wait for them to check the room🙄. how badly the hotel. maybe nextime i will not come to this hotel anymore. Just piece of advice if you want to check in , just bring anything not to make mess or some dirt to the room or else theres a consequences🙄. gosh🙄.. Fix your staff or else somebody will not go in your hotel🤬

It was really difficult to find the entrance to this hotel. It's located in a huge a store house where sellers from Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines are offering their merchandise. The whole area looks a bit different to what normally Taiwanese streets look like. You need to find the right elevator that brings you up, wasn't that easy as there're no signs outside for this hotel. When I called the reception, the tip I received was to ask someone downstairs. Still, we had a very good lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant in the same store building and the restaurant stuff was very nice. We had to pay cash for the accomodation (and we were getting quite short of cash), as the stuff lady on the reception meant the machine was showing not sufficient ressources on the cards...we tried 4 different cards, all the same result. Later when thinking about it, we came to the conclusion that the lady might have confused the currencies (taiwanese dollars vs euros) when setting the device, so the allowed value for a transaction on our cards was overpassed. The breakfast wasn't that good, the bathroom was divided from the rest of the room by a glass wall...at least there was a curtain you could use to have at least some privacy when using the toilet and showering. We stayed at the hotel at a Saturday night, apparently there was a disco nearby which played the music quite loud till very late in the night.

The hotel wasn't far from the Train and bus station, easy to walk there. Lots of convinience stores and shops in that area.

the bed was small and they used two single mattress to make a bed !!! it was very inconvenient when we were on the edge of mattresses which it was in the middle of the bed! the water sewage of the bathroom also was also had problem which the water can’t goes down slowly. however we told the reception but they didn’t take it into consideration.

the room lights was the only thing that I liked.
