Amazing breakfast! Nice pool. Spacious and bright room

We were staying in the moment hotel, 6 person room. Great room. Kitchen downstairs well equipped. They let us use the infinity pool of the adjacent hotel free of charge. It's close to Taroko, but not many restaurant options nearby.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location near Taroko Gorge. The Michelin-recommended breakfast was outstanding; among several excellent breakfasts experienced in Taiwan, this one was superior and fully justified the expense. A wide selection of unique beverages was provided in the refrigerator (included in the room rate).

Modern furnishing and clean rooms. Bathrooms were also clean too. Nice that the bathrooms were gender-segragated. Has washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Although check-in and checkout were self-auto staff were nice and attentive when I had questions and requests.

My room was on 2nd floor while female bathroom was on 3rd floor, meaning I need to come out the room and go upstairs to use the toilet at night. But I liked the fact that the bathrooms were separated between males and females anyway.

They have an innovative incentive of matching the tip given by the guests to the cleaning staff.

1. Our bed was assigned at 2nd floor and female common bathroom is at 3rd floor... I wish the female solo backpacker is assigned in 3rd floor too where the toilet is. 2. I messaged thru booking app that I will arrive at 23:00 but no help was provided to call taxi late at night. The train station staff helped me to book the taxi.

The room was nice and clean, quite spacious and quiet. We couldn’t try the swimming pool but it looked like the people there were enjoying.

No water provided in the room, however, there water filter on the ground floor. The room with view was actually a partial sea view as the building next to the hotel covers most of the view.

Quality building and facilities.

It’s a long way from town if you don’t have a car. Room number was unclear on the receipt. Should have provided tea/coffee facilities.

Nicely furnished room with views, however there were cookie crumbs on the sofa.

The location next to national park, clean, modern, great beach. Helpful and friendly staff

Lots to like. Clean, comfortable. We put our family of 7 in a room that sleeps 8. Shared bathroom was super clean with private stalls and toilets. They also had a dog hotel for around $30 a night for the pooch. Had a fully stocked kitchen that we did not use but looked amazing.

Not much food around besides 7-11.

New, clean, easy access.

We took a sea view room that is more expensive, and you have nothing to see. Also when taking shower, you have to have curtain downs as it has direct view on the rooftop on the swimming pool..

This would have to be the most modern hostel you’re ever likely to stay in. Self check in , all mod cons, heated mirrors in bathroom!! It is at its inception I believe so there were a few teething problems with accepting card payment and locker issues, but the amazing friendly staff from the neighbouring hotel were always quick and eager to help. Only downside is the location is a bit of a walk past some angry doggies. But bark worse than bite.

There is no drinkable water in the room. You should go downstairs to refill a water jar

This hotel was my family's favourite because of the proximity to Manbo Beach. To watch the sunset and listen to the waves crashing onto the pebbles just 50m away from the hotel was so surreal. Everything inside the room was so clean and comfortable too. And the dinner was really good even for my picky children. There was also alive singing right outside the restaurant. We all wished we could have stayed longer! Very near to Taroko Park too.

We had our breakfast to go and they packed so much food for us, we had to eat them for both breakfast and lunch and still had extra to offer to our private driver. It would be better if we can choose smaller portions then there won't be food wastage.

Modern and well designed hotel with everything you need. Self check in and check out worked without problems. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Location is good, very close to Taroko NP. Definitely a recommendation!

Mattress is too hard. The included take away breakfast was not our taste. I would recommend to have breakfast at your own expense in the hotel next door.
