The Japanese style room is big and toilet is clean. The breakfast has many variety and is very full for the whole morning.

The guest room door lock system is not customer friendly. It needs to connect to the Taiwan local phone, if not the front office staff will issue a paper with the QR code instead. As such, we have to carry the paper to access the guest lift and guest room which is inconvenient.

The friendly staff, spacious bedroom and the location of the hotel is closed to the city center.

The location of the property was a long 20 minutes walk from the nearest train station. It was not close to the night markets or activities in Yilan.

The room was spacious and clean for a solo traveller! Breakfast served was really good and food pantry/counter during breakfast and dinner was superb!

It lacks the usual comfort found in hotels, but it will suffice. A wellness center for guests would have been a nice addition.

I like the interior of the place; it seems incomplete and rugged but consistent with the theme. It's very clean. The food is excellent; I really enjoyed it.

The elevator is small and getting into the room (QR code instead of using a room key card) could be a bit confusing for some people.

Really convenient location where you can find everything you need. The hotel is close to the shopping mall and the train station is within walking distance as well. I loved the breakfast which was super yummy! The room was very spacious and the bed was cozy.

A bit more sound proofing the room would make it even more enjoyable. We found the price a tad overpriced, especially for Yilan, which we found quite uninteresting.

Can hear the heavy doors closing from nearby rooms and the Roman blinds do not totally block out light from the building.

Just next to POYA store and not too far to walk to train or bus station. Also able to arrange breakfast takeout so as to catch the only bus heading to Taipingshan. Room is rather spacious and their breakfast is delicious.

Ring you to check your breakfast timing and choice of food at night. Suggest to install an app or use an electronic device for guest to choose their breakfast at their own time own target. There was no microwave at the pantry area, had to seek staff help to steam the food. No hand soap so use shower gel as hand soap and hence run out fast. Not enough carpark lots near the hotel. Had to park somewhere further for more affordable parking. Not much eating places nearby after 8pm.

The room was spacious. The bed was large enough for my child to roll about. The room was clean. Most staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice - tofu,egg,soup, tea jelly as side dishes. Daily room cleaning, they do change the bedsheet sometimes. Complimentary supper starting from 8pm to 10pm.

The air conditioning in the room doesn’t seem to work really well, it still feels a-bit hot even the air conditioning temperature is low. But doesn’t really affect too much so is fine for us.

The architecture and design of the hotel is good, fine details. Quite comfy staying here, there’s a POYA just beside the hotel and massage place right at the ground floor. Location wise it was okay, not too far from the sites we went. The breakfast is a complete meal but it was soo good! They even provided supper with varieties that my family really enjoying it! The bed was comfy as well.

We were on a cycling trip. The staff were very courteous and the service was too good. Even though we told them we won't be having breakfast on days as we will be out for cycling, when we got back they promptly called our room and was asking if we would like to have some break fast.

Walls were quite thin, and could hear kids stomping and running around in the neighbouring room late at night and early in the mornings.

Convenient location, a short walk from the train station and surrounding restaurants. Room was spacious, clean, cosy and comfortable, with a big bathroom and automatic toilet. Happy that we could log into our own Netflix for entertainment. Efficient and friendly staff, check-in was smooth and stress-free. Loved that breakfast was included every morning and snacks could be enjoyed every night as part of our stay at the lobby downstairs. Service was great, they helped with requests and were polite and accommodating.
