The staff were very nice and accommodating, the beds were comfy.

We got the window room and the window was sealed and had no view as there was something over it. There were tiny bugs in the room and the shower door was loose and therefore the water went all over the bathroom floor.

Good location. Free snacks and water dispenser. Good lobby.

The room was very small and the sheets were dirty. The bathroom had weird smell when we first arrive to the room. They ask you for 10 stars so you could get 1 hour more in your room

The location was amazing. I think, if I had wanted to, I could have walked to all the major tourist destinations in Kaohsuing from my hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

This place was really dirty. There was mold in the bathroom grout and bugs crawled all over the desk area. It was also a very small room and the bed was not a full size bed, but rather two twins pushed up against one another. Nobody wants that. I would have rather had one twin.

    Staffs were good.

Room acoustic was not good, even sounds of door opening and closing from outside was coming loud and clear, no sound isolation. The AC filters were not clean, dust was coming. So I kept it off.

The brewed coffee and snack buffet definitely is nice. The room though quite small is comfortable enough and has basic amenities. They put together the 2small beds since I was solo and as I've requested which is nice.

I definitely was not expecting that the window was not functional. They basically indicated it as an option for a bit higher price, but hey it's the first time I've been to a window which could not be opened fully?! They should have been honest enough and indicated. Now I know why no specific picture with the window "opened" for this room was displayed online. For solo/budget travellers, I will highly suggest you just choose the no window option, the cheapest, prior this option.
