Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe only downside with staying on the 9th floor is the sound of the cars. Some of my family did not enjoy hearing the cars moving around the hallway.
Breakfast was great. The dinner buffet has increased in number of items since the last time visited. The kids enjoyed driving the mini power-wheels cars around the 9th floor.

SingaporeBe prepared for the crowd and lots of noise. It’s basically like a huge kindergarten.
Scrumptious breakfast. Many activities for kids. Not enough time to try them all in a day. Branded shampoo and body wash, which are gifted to guests - can bring them home. Free beverages and snacks. Complimentary movie tickets at nearby Luna Digital Theatre.

United StatesWe were placed on the top floor, but my daughter is 6---so she was disappointed not to be on 3rd and 4th floors where the cars and tracks were. No one clarified this with us, so we just left lost and disappointing. There was no acknowledgment or recognition of this at all (poor customer service). All kids get a welcome gift, which was denied to us. Kinda disappointing.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of different foods and individually made items (omelets, waffles, etc), of western and Taiwanese cuisine. The pools were fantastic, lots of different temperatures. Bring a swim cap, otherwise you have to purchase one. (Idea : offer guests a free disposable shower cap instead, like other hotels). The reason you go to this hotel is for the kid stuff : huge slide, ball pit, bouncey house, battery powered cars throughout the hotel and in the pavilion, movie theaters and simulated play station cars; and kids club. There is also a library! Snacks and drinks throughout!

SingaporeThe glass door of the toilet and shower area was too heavy even for adults to slide left and right to enter either the toilet or shower.
Practically a kids haven where kids can drive their vehicles freely. The tent in the room is a nice surprise for the kids. Comfortable room for the family.

United StatesIndoor kids club/play area only had space for 8 kids which was not enough. At times we had to wait for 30min, which sucks even if we wanted to play with them and not drop them off. The fine print on the Booking was wrong: We counted on using the free car rental from the hotel as described, but upon arrival, we were told it was just for Taiwanese citizens, which made zero sense, so we had to pay for expensive taxis.
The kids absolutely loved the cars and motorcycles. They could have driven them all afternoon and been happy. A little tent in the room and free stuffies were a nice touch. Free cinema tickets and a direct crossing to a mall were super convenient.

SingaporeThe rooms are a bit old, and the heating aircon does not work very well.
A great place for family with kids, kids love driving cars around the hotel. The location is very convenient too, there are shops and restaurants just downstairs.

Hong KongHonestly, staffs are excellent. Nothing to complain. But, some service and facility may only good for the guests who stay one night. For us, we stayed 3 nights. We cannot enjoy some services in between 11:00 - 15:00. Such as the game at 6/F., it was totally shut down during said period, it's available from 15:00, from that time, hundreds of guests are coming. It's spend time to queue up. For the car pick up center, it was closed from 11:00 - 15:00, it also not convenience if need service.
The staff who driving the shuttle bus is excellent. He is very polite and helpful. We met him in train station, he helped us to check the return train ticket and send us to the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot his name :(

SingaporeCan see that the facilities are a bit worn out, if the hotel can have a facelift/renovation, it will have a more refreshed outlook.
Breakfast spread was sumptuous and of quality. Kids centric activities kept them entertained and busy during the stay. The staffs were polite and helpful.

United StatesA bit pricey. The common area was a bit unorganized. Older kids were pretty aggressive in driving/bumping cars so if you’re going with smaller children, need to be careful
Very good amenities and buffet breakfast. Able to drive car directly into room and in the hallways of our floor.

SingaporeI didnt like the segregation of only some floors kids can use certain model cars. We stayed in the higher end floor room, surely we didnt pay lesser than those 8th and 9th floors yet we were told they get certain cars while we can only ride basic ones. A mood damper right before we even get to enjoy. If the hotel meant this as an attraction for kids then make it fair and same for all kids, why the disparity and allowing some kids to feel worse?
With the WOW club and kids driven cars its impossible not to be wowed by this stay. Absolutely superb for kids!

Facilities!!! This hotel is catered for younger children, they can take the free car ride from 8-9 floors. Also there are other activities available, free of charge for the children. The room is spacious!!! Toiletries are branded, drinking water are very well known brand, even hair dryer is too (feels like at home!). The room flip flop also good! Not to mention, this hotel is above the shopping mall, with lots of foods selection. Free movie ticket if you want to watch movie at the mall, you just need to get the ticket from hotel reception counter. Breakfast selection was awesome! I don’t recall I saw freshly squeezed fruit juice from other hotels I stayed before, but here, you can select the fruits you want for the fresh juice!!! Even have beers selection for breakfast 🤣
