Nothing to not like.

This place was fantastic, location was a few minutes walk from feng jia night market. Staff were very kind, always greeting with a smile and happy to help with anything we asked. Room was clean, water pressure in shower was great and bed was spacious and comfortable. The shared kitchenette and living room we great for relaxing and having a coffee, the wifi was also really good.

We stayed 3 nights. Body wash was not refilled till the last night. Also we had to request for extra toilet paper as no spare roll was provided during room cleaning even though the current roll is almost used up.

Winnie, one of the reception team members was most helpful. She always has a smile and made us feel very welcome.

Location, size of the rooms and friendly staff. My sis dropped her tumbler in the hotel, they called to confirm if we still need the item and helped to keep it until we returned the next night. As we were staying for split nights, they allowed us to leave our big luggage in the hotel concierge until we come.back for our 2nd night 😊 so nice of them.

We stayed split night in this hotel. When we arrive 1st night, both staff were very friendly and helpful but I wouldn't say that for the staff who handled our check in for the 2nd night. Rooms are relatively good but sound insulation not that good. We came across a crazy couple on the day when we were about to check out, complaining we were too noisy. He still kicked up a fuss despite our apology so we decided to ignore them

Location is fantastic, few minutes walk to famous Fengchia night market with lots of food and beverages along the way.

The location is excellent, just next to the night market. It's not the best location for walking due to lack of sidewalks in the vicinity, but it's not too hard to find a bus stop to move around. There's no breakfast, but there are eating options around.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to Fengchia Night Market! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay. Breakfast was also delicious with a good variety. Taichung HSR is just 20 minutes away via taxi. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taichung and looking for convenience and comfort!

We enjoyed our breakfast at the Lowca Cafe beside the hotel. We were given coupons from hotel for the breakfast. Very convenient to amenities and a 3-min walk to Feng Jia Night Market.

No option for early check-in even if you are willing to pay, they will stick with 3PM check in.

Accessible to your every needs - from convenience stores, shopping, food, etc. Joyce was very helpful and she speaks very good english. Clean and nice rooms. The hotel is also a few steps away from the night market. There's a laundry room and kitchen utensils, self serve drinks (and items to cater some of your necessities).

Location is perfect, right next to the Fengjia night market. The staff was lovely and free snacks are available for guests.

Overall is ok, room size is a bit small but comfortable.

Location: location is great with lot of food stall near by and few hundreds meters walk from night market. Facility : Free washing machines and clothes dryer. Shower head water pressure is very strong. Staff : very friendly and helpful. Public transport (bus) is convenience and easy access to train station.

While I love the fact there is a laundry, I do feel there should be more than 1 washing machine and dryer. A couple of times I attempted to do a load, and someone had either just started their cycle or had left their clothes in the machine.

Innk Hotel is a great stay when visiting Taichung. Staff are friendly and always greet you when leaving or coming back. The rooms were spacious with an amazing bed to sleep in. Having a free laundry on premises, along with a courtyard AND lounge area made our stay even more enjoyable. A short 5min walk to the Fengchia Night Markets, restaurants and food vendors outside and a 711 and Family Mart just down the road, you could not ask for a better place to stay when coming to Taichung.

Parking at hotel is limited, and for small cars only. The SUV we had, had to be parked at a different location which is around 3mins walk away. Minor inconvenience, which can be easily settle if we knew about this limitation earlier.

Friendly staff, great location. Easy location to get to Fengjia night market. No complains at all.

Loft stairs not very stable. Pillow and bed not very comfy. There’s only 1 bathroom. 2 toilets. Not convenient for family with kids.
