The breakfast was very Asian with mini plates of food. When they ran out of food, that was it so get there early. A couple of vegetarian options. Be aware it’s a love hotel originally although many families now stay there. I stayed for 9 nights and only received cleaning service on days I requested it. The light/sound/TV remote was a little confusing. After experimenting I was able to use it fine.

Large room. Nice spa tub my son and I used a mini swimming pool. Near the Gondola and zoo. 7-11 across the street. Private garage parking right outside the hotel room. Safe and convenient. Quiet. Staff were very polite and helpful. Free water, snacks replenished. Refrigerator in the room. When the weather turned cold they provided an extra heavy comforter.

Attitude of the staff. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. However, there were some who were bordering on rude.

Room was large and spacious. The bathroom had a large jacuzzi that was very nice to relax in. Very clean and nicely furnished.

Seem like the hotel at day time is a love hotel. There is no lobby. When checking in, it is not convenient.

The size of the room is spacious. The bathtub is big and the shower room is nice.

The online photos of the property were made to look a lot nice than current condition. We were not aware that this was a 'love' hotel - and therefore we felt very uncomfortable during our stay with the facilities and frequency of guests etc.... it was a unique experience and we both felt that booking.com should have more information on this point for people to make better decisions before committing to stay.

First, the smell was very not good and the cleaning condition was bad like specks of dust. The room air was so cold that hard to sleep due to the thin blanket.

It was the only accommodation near there. The price was reasonable.

1. There were no bars to hang wet towels. The 2 small dot hangers were partially blocked by a large cupboard with vase. 2. There were no removable hangers to properly hang clothes and other items 3. Breakfast is the same everyday. Though it is not bad, it was too repetitive for me as I stayed for 3 nights 4. Caution: The default room lighting colour whenever you enter is always blood red (though you can change it). There were condom and a file/ menu with porn content (provided by the property) on the bedside desks. There were also porn channels on the cabled TV — so think twice and be very careful whether you’re really comfortable staying here. I did not know beforehand and chose this place because this is the only hotel close to the NCCU University.

The first couple nights we stayed, the room was clean. Then when we returned for an additional stay the new room we had was infested with baby cockroaches.

It was a love motel where people went there just for trysts. No hotel lobby, horrible service, pathetic breakfast, and bright vending machines selling dildos outside each and every hotel room. Certainly not a place to go to with children.

The metal roller shutter door that was the front door was alarming, but for someone driving and wanted to keep their car it would be perfect.

It was not clear at all that it was a love hotel. This is a place people go to have sex. The place wreaked of cigarettes and when I saw a cockroach in my room I couldn't sleep.

I don't like the service of the staff who are rude and the way they talk is not polite to guests.. we have to wait 6 hours to get into the room.. we also pay an additional fee of 3 hours x 600nt

Would not feel comfortable staying here alone - the rooms are in a garage parking lot (which I guess is convenient if you have a car, but sketchy if you're a backpacker), the garage door was closed in the morning so we struggled to get out. The room was generally clean, but there was a cockroach running around in the bathroom. The room in general was clearly meant for couples, with adult products and brochures, as well as adult movies on the TV - this made us feel uncomfortable, we did not expect that from the description.

The room is spacious and the bathroom is really nice, with a spacious shower and a relaxing hot tub. The staff was really nice and helped us get to the room. The breakfast was decent, although not much selection.

This place has only one purpose, and that's not for you to rest well in a nice environment... The room was damp, smelly (+use of chemical to cover the smells), and noisy (mechanical noises of pumps). The walls are stained from humidity and most furniture old and damaged. The sofa smelled like old sweat. AC was dysfunctional and the bedroom too cold. Not enough blankets. Breakfast was more than average and no continental breakfast choice. The owner also took the liberty to block the total payment from the day of booking and directly from my account (linked to a card), even though I paid extra not to pay in advance and pay at counter. Btw, no counter, but a car entrance only... To avoid at all costs for business trip or family trips.
