Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect. Especially warm welcoming from the host was the most satisfying thing. Room condition was also perfect! (Tidy and clean room with nice ocean view) Handmade breakfast sandwiches were also nice. I definitely will visit this place if I come to Jiufen.

Amazing BnB with amazing staff! The location is perfect, quiet and easy to reach. The owners are super nice and helpful. They recommended us to see the 13 Ruins from a viewpoint on 2 minutes walk away, it did not disappoint! Room was very spacious and clean with all the amenities one could need. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, very delicious! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We understood and agree why it is rated so high!

A little hard to find at night.

Clean, interesting location, helpful staff, nice big quiet room, so many caring amenities- complimentary snacks, games, etc. one of my favorite places on our trip. Staff gave great suggestions for sites we didn't know existed and amazing food nearby. Breakfast is local and fresh.

Great B&B a stone's throw from the Golden Waterfall. Large room, air con, fridge etc. Large terrace overlooking the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. Sun beds there too if you have the time. Very clean, nice breakfast. Incredibly friendly hosts. Highly recommended. short drive to Jiufen. Great drives in all direction along the coast.

The homestay located in the middle of the hill. Very scenic and windy with birds chirping all around :) Upon check-in, met the owner Mr and Mrs Tsu, super nice people and shared with me good location where to go. The room is very spacious even to fit 4 people. Plus point Mimi the resident cat is always hanging around outside the house :) They have plenty of snack and free coffee on the pantry. Breakfast is free and tasty. They even send me to train station as i'm travelling alone from Ruifang to Toucheng. It was amazing stay with such a nice weather and environment !

It felt like home. The lady was really friendly and made it so comfortable for us. The room had a heater which kept us warm and cozy. The shower was amazing. The view was out of this world beautiful!

The property was located on a hill with lovely view of the sea. The host and hostess were extremely lovely people and very helpful and caring , especially for my elderly father. We spent 3 nights there and really felt like we were at a home away from home . The breakfast was prepared with a lot of thoughts with fresh ingredients. Whatever we need the host and hostess would do their best to assist us and gave us many tips on where to visit around the area. Although it rained most of the days we were there, we really enjoyed our stay there. We especially love the little starry show in the room . It was really special .

Staff, breakfast, view, clean well equipped room. This was the place we felt most ‘looked after’ in our seven weeks in Taiwan. Hosts very engaged in making sure that everything was going well and making great suggestions for things to see and places to eat.

The stay is absolutely wonderful, although it’s always raining outside. The interior of the house is very new and toilet and shower is very clean. Hot water, aircon, heater, fan is available. Kids love their room (1st floor ) as it’s big and there’s games for them to play. There’s hot water for them to cook cup noodle when they are hungry. There’s a cat outside the lodging n the kids love to go n feed it food. Breakfast is delicious and different everyday. We stay for 2 nights. Timing for breakfast has to be let known before that day so they can prepare warm breakfast. Aaron, the staff there is very helpful to advice and guide us on our next itinerary based on the weather.. thank you,

Location can be a challenge if no car but worth it!

Excellent BnB with nice and friendly staff always available for any request/need. The place was spotless clean and amenities very modern. The view from the room is beautiful. Everything is well thought of in the room itself and in the common rooms: plenty of toys and books for kids, self service coffee,tea,water. Perfect for families with children. Great breakfast!

We stayed for 2 nights at A Promised Land BnB. We loved everything from the location, room, staff, breakfast, complimentary amenities, ocean view, and cat neighbors. We wanted to be immersed in Taiwan’s nature and this was perfect. The owner and staff member Aaron were so friendly and gave us many recommendations close by. We already made plans to go rock climbing in Long Dong but we look forward to exploring the amazing hiking close by. We will definitely be back.

The first floor “ocean view” actually overlooks the parking lot as well, which would be uncomfortable if there were other guests staying there and they could see in your room. The second floor does not have this problem. And although we were charged for four guests in our family room, we were only given towels for three. Since the B&B made a point of charging us extra for a toddler that was overlooked in the original booking, it was disappointing that they didn’t offer to provide the extras for the little guy too. They did serve him his own breakfast plate.

Beautiful quiet location. The view both outside and from the second floor balcony is impressive. The breakfast was great and included plenty of fruit.

The location is a bit far from main attractions. We liked how quiet it was and enjoyed the fantastic view of the mountains and ocean. But if we didn’t have a car for the trip, it would have been hard to get around.

The owners of the BnB are super friendly and helpful. They offered us great recommendations for sightseeing and even drove us out for dinner at a local home style restaurant whose food was also highly satisfying. Cleanliness of the place is supreme. Breakfast is delicious.

Hosts were a very nice couple, very friendly, provided any help we needed. The breakfast were delicious! Room was nice and clean, with big window facing the sea! very beautiful views! Not at a convenient location, you will need your own car to get around, not in walking distance to anywhere. Host does provide certain help for traveling. Although this might not be a problem, since anyway you will need to rent a car to visit places.

The host who is a couple prepared daily breskfast for us. Nice breakfast indeed. Although location is about 10mins drive to Ruifang Railway station, but the host offered to fetch us from the station to the apartment and also sent us to the station after checking out. On the way on last day, he also stopover at the seaside for us to take some photos and took spring water. Can catch the breathtaking mountain and seaview. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one !
