The bathroom setup was a bit inconvenient — you have to step into a high tub to shower, and the shower curtain is too far away from the tub, so water splashes everywhere. There were noticeable mold due to poor ventilation, including on the shower curtain and around the sink. So that goes to show that they do not clean their shower curtains or changes them because the molds were very heavy and all over the bottom of the shower curtain.That said, the overall stay was about what I expected - You get what you pay for.

At first, we were having a little bit problem with the payment but end up solve the problem. So basically everything is fine, just took a bit of more time when i was checking in.

Everything was great, i love the facilities and the room a lot, but there was a little issue when we were checking in, end solving out the problem, so it's fine. Great with the parking lot. Will choose to stay here again.

Good price, stayed in 2 different rooms, (807 and 1205) from 2000 to 2600 NTD, soundproof is good, better than other hotels, room design and public spaces are very well thought out! Parking included, both underground and outside, viewable from the corridor. Plenty of international wall plugs and AC worked fine, heating available in February! WiFi is ok during my stay, I love the TV, it includes Movies and lots of travelers information! Screen casting is also available, as are most Streaming Apps. uBike spot just outside the main entrance, as is the smoking spot too. Recommended! 👍

There was a small cockroach in the restroom, which scared my son and me. Luckily, my hubby killed the roach... but.... gees...that was a terrible experience.

The first floor has a good selection of books suitable for families, including some parenting skills and children's books.

Very minor points... We were doing an extended stay, so the absence of closets was slightly inconvenient The bathroom sinks are very shallow and the faucet quite high, so it's difficult to avoid splashing on the counter

Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options--better on the weekends than weekdays In spite of being next to the freeway, the room was quiet Free laundry facilities Very clean and comfortable Lots of amenities that were cute and fun But most outstanding, the staff was fabulous--responsive, lots of initiative, ready to help with anything, so pleasant to work with

As I am here to enjoy, dislikes are small issues to me. I will to say nothing to point out .

They have buffet breakfast and someday are come with breakfast set meal for you to choose. It is quite convenience to reach the hotel by bus (35 TWD) or taxi (300 TWD) also convenience to night market which about 15mins walk, there is also the U-bike station right in front the hotel that I can ride around , it save some money by using taxi or public buses. Will visit again next year

The breakfast is just bad, the room isn’t cleaned only the bed is made up. When commenting when leaving that my cups for tea where never cleaned the staff argued that this is normal for hotels (it isn’t, never happened to me).

The location is fine I guess, close to where I needed to be.

Parking was a little confusing. Could have clearer signage to indicate.

Room was spacious and in tip-top condition. There were some fringe activities available - gym, archery for kids etc but we didn't have time to use them.
