Hotel is within walking distance from shops and eateries. Breakfast is average. The kids loved the hot springs.

Toilet and bathroom had clear doors with blinds so we had to either pull the blinds up/down with each entry or push past them.

Property was dated but clean. Staff are friendly. The onsen pools were a huge hit with my family and definitely the highlight. Plenty of food and marts around the area. Also a police post right around the corner. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room is weird designed and too small. The toilet doors are transparent and design like the Hong Kong small room very very uncomfortable

The hotel is old and so are the rooms. The toilet door and the bath room door are glass door with blind inside the toilet and the bathroom.. never seems that anywhere else

The resort facilities are amazing and so original. The highlight is really the hot spring baths

The reception staff was very rude. Through booking we agreed with their manager to come earlier to the spa before check in. Because we had a train earlier. When we arrived at the reception they didn't want to let us in, explaining that they couldn't do it because it was related to check in. I showed them the message from their manager and they kept saying that the booking had nothing to do with them. Even though we used Google Translate they pretended not to understand us. But when it came to paying and when I said I would pay during the day they immediately spoke English and understood what we were saying. Very rude and for that price of the hotel unprofessional.

Great hot springs and tons of different jets, temperatures, and a play area for kids. Very comfortable beds and good location in town.

If you feel like a splurge this is your place. Great choice of hot springs both inside and outside. Lots of soaking pools or water jets. All smell clean. The room was spacious with a great size bathroom. Easy walk to restaurants. Bike storage is not a problem.

The outside soa pools were closed in the morning. Should open earlier than 8.30am. The rooms had glass doors for the toilet and bathroom. No privacy.

We really enjoyed staying at the Art Spa…the breakfast, the different hot pools with scents, the massage pools. The room was much more than we anticipated. We thought the goodies in the room were wonderful.

We could not figure out how to turn off the lights without taking the room key card out of the electricity slot, so the lights had to be all on or all off.

We chose this hotel because of the hot springs facilities, and they were awesome! It was really unlike anything we'd ever experienced. We were in Jiaoxi for about 24 hours, and we spent at least 6 of those hours in the hot springs. We were upgraded to a Japanese-style tatami/futon room, which was very cool. The staff spoke enough English to explain everything and answer all our questions.

Since it belongs to the old hotel, that is easily to hear some noise from other guests. The other thing is their Broccoli becoming a little bit yellow during the morning time. Suggest their cook should take care on how to remain that vegetable green during the cooking time.

You should choose 1 day staying that hotel since it offers a lot of spring SPA. They also has a small waterslides next to SPA zone. It may take you around half-hour to experience with all kinds of SPA service which catches up with your expectations.

Spa in the room toilet didn't look clean enough for me to soak in (tiles had some mold), but the public spa pools were fantastic and I did not think it was a too much a loss to not soak in my own room.

The facility is a little older. Our toilet is leaking water to the floor. We could hear gushing sound of water frequently through out the night, waking us up from sleep. The check out time is not flexible.

The outdoor spa is nicely hot. Breakfast has a good selection. Beds are comfortable. Room is spacious. Bath tub is big. it’s located in the center of the town, but in 13 minutes walking distance from bus station. Eating places are all around the hotel.

The room layout was a little awkward. Need to lower blind for toilet and bathroom door everytime someone needs to use it.

The spa facilties were awesome with many water massage treatments. It was not overly crowded and such a great experience. Buffet breakfast has a good selection. The hotel location was great within walking distance to old and new streets with many eateries and shops.

Weak internet and walls are “thin”. We can hear room doors opening back and forth which can be noisy. Should have also mentioned swim caps are required on booking.com.

Brilliant idea to exchange room towels for spa. Sustainable and save on resources.

There was no room service. As such there was no possibility of comfortably eating/drinking in the rooms (but that is just if anybody really cares, no real problem).

The Spa was very enjoyable, but rather small. The room was quite big.
