Rooms were slightly on thr smaller side.

Staff was very nice and attentive. We weren't satisfied with our room at first but they agreed to change our room without any problems, and had a generally positive and welcoming attitude throughout. Locatiin is also quite good if you are catching a flight early the next morning, the MRT line to the airport is just a few short minutes within walking distance.

It's somewhat dated, and there is a noticeable smell in the toilet. Didn't bother us since we lived in smellier cities but it gets in the face (or nose, I shall say) when entering the room. Leaving AC on helps.

Location is strategic, between two major stations to airport and Taipei. Walkable to the biggest night market in Taoyuan with lots of food places around, besides other shops.

2nd time stay and very happy. Nice location close to train station, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was comfortable too. Overall great value for money and it was very pleasant to stay here.

i like the ambiance..im asian and i like the idea of having the christmas tree when entering the lobby, the girl in front desk is so nice,and know how to speak different languages especially english,so it is highly recommended.

I arrived late at night, and it took me a while to know how to get in as the 1st floor entrance to the building was locked. Pressing the doorbell connected to the hotel unlocked it, but know where to go... maybe I wasn't reading carefully but the hotel is on the 4th floor so you have to go up the elevator to reach the front desk for any assistance. The bathroom is the type where the toilet bowl, sink and shower is unseparated in a single room. I'm quite sure this is an isolated incident, but when I was leaving the room next morning, I noticed a huge cockroach crawling in the room - I wish they had an insecticide ready in each room.

Very friendly staff with an affordable price. The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet, and did have a window unlike similar priced hotels in Taiwan that do not have a window. A bit of a walk from the Taoyuan Metro station, but not too far. Convenience store on the 1st floor so it's easy to get drinks or food nearby.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. We only stayed for one night. Its near by 7-11, 10 min drive from carrefour.

Hotel did not prepare breakfast. The room space quite small, if you bring large luggage or more than 4 luggages, there will be not enough space to place the luggage. You need to tell the counter staff to clean your room everyday. Maybe they did not do it as a routine service I think.

1. The beds are comfort. 2. TV is big with youtube channel which is the best entertainmennt for kids at night. 3. Mini fridge in room to store some food. 4. The hotel staffs are helpful which they help customer to book taxi for early morning flight. 5. Free of charge washer n dryer too. You no need to bring a bundle of dirty clothes home.

It was easy to find, very near to Zhongli train station. Access to zhongli bus station and there is a nearby bus stop outside the hotel building. Staff is friendly and stay was cozy with all basic amenities. Not very expensive.

Location is near to the rapid train to new taipei. It is also a direct train to Taoyuan Airport. There are many shops (restaurants, nice food) around this hotel. 7-11 is just another few shop lots away.

The preposterous 18:00 check-in time. They even dared ask for an extra 100 NT$ for an "early" 17:00 check-in. And if you're staying just 1 night, like I did, that lovely room is largely wasted, since you barely get to enjoy it. Pretty much any other hotel in Taiwan will have a 14:00 or 15:00 check-in time. This needs to be adopted by this hotel too.

Free flow of coffee ! That day we arrived was raining and the staff was friendly and gave us early check-in w/o extra charges. Staff also help to contact car rental co. to get us to Taichung early morning next day. Overall good.
