The lockers are a bit small for large bags / cases but there is some extra space in the dorm.

This is a small hostel in a superb location, just a minute or so away from the train station and the bus to Alishan. Itt's an easy walk to the night market and Hinoki village also. Any queries were answered really promptly and Leo was a friendly and welcoming host. The bed as comfortable and had a reading light and some useful shelves for storing stuff.

There is a space between the shower room and "sleeping room" where lockers were placed. This "locker room" has no air conditioning. So be prepared to sweat again when you're done showering in summer.

The location is great, it's pretty much a stone throw away from the train station. Perfect for someone relies on walking.

Clean. Lovely girl at reception was able to answer some questions about the area. Female dorm was nice with big beds and curtains. Bathroom was good. Plenty of hot water. Location is excellent especially if you come by train or bus and want to take early bus to Alishan.

Everything was just smooth and clean. AC could have been more expansive to other floors.

I had a worthwhile experience with this hostel. Staff is nice and warm, she offered me another bed if my legs hurt going up and down the bunk.

It was at a great location, close to the local train and bus station. I was confused, thinking this was close to the HSR. My bad. and I also took the wrong turn and had to walk 30 minutes instead of 5 (thanks to the Google map that could not recognize the train station exit). However, the staff was patient and guided along the way. The microwave at the hostel wasn't working, but the staff was so kind as to help me figure out how to fix it. They were genuinely apologetic that I had to eat cold 7/11 food. Guess it's not my lucky day. But I truly appreciate their kindness! Those who wanna go to Alishan (which I highly recommend) get a bus from the station. I think it comes every 20 minutes in the morning.

The dorm and beds were true to pictures, the lockers were probably too small for big luggage but there was ample space in the dorm for luggage. Each bunk comes with 3 hooks and small surfaces for stuff. Bed and duvet were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Hot water came quickly with strong pressure. There was 1 toilet and 2 bathrooms on level 2 but we never had to wait. It was also near the train station and bus stop which has buses to Alishan.

The bed creaks quite a bit, so it gets quite noisy at night if people move about. There’s only a washing machine with no dryer, so I had to go to a nearby laundromat instead.

The hostel is conveniently located near Chiayi Train Station, and there’s a cute bakery next to it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and it feels homely and safe.

The hostel is very near to the main train station and bus stand. Bed is sufficiently large and has good comfort.I recommend this hostel for stay. Washrooms were clean, and there was a cute black cat.
