A very nice, small, owner-operated hotel. It's well located near the harbor and has many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The couple who runs it is very nice and friendly, and they take care of all the guests' needs and concerns. The rooms are very nice and tastefully decorated. The balcony is also very nice for a short relaxing break.

An absolute gem on a stunning island. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We encountered an issue with a snorkelling session we’d booked ourselves and they went out of their way to help us find a solution that suited our needs perfectly. Their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. Our room was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our overnight stay. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food and attentive service. The staff were especially wonderful with our two young children, going above and beyond to make them feel included and cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island. Not only is it a great stay, but the staff are also excellent at helping arrange local activities—far more effectively than trying to organize them yourself. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The location couldn't be better, just a quick stroll up from the ferry terminal with lots of restaurants and amenities on the main road. Front desk was also super helpful, answering questions and helping us set up activities.

Bathroom was a bit small and the drain in the shower was very slow. Not a huge deal

Excellent location right in town, clean comfortable room which was very modern. The mattresses were firm but plenty of pillows and impeccable bedding. Lovely lovely staff & attached to an excellent Thai restaurant (we’d eaten here several times not realising they had rooms). With three older children finding a family room with appropriate number of beds to not share is hard work when travelling, this room was just what we needed. Will definitely book again.

The staff were very helpful with our queries and requests. Room was spacious and clean . The thai food downstairs was amazing!

Some of the essential ammenities can be improved, such as adding full length mirror in the room and kettle with cups.

Very clean and warm welcome by the Manager. The view on the forest is splendid and the place is quiet. We liked the balcony.

There was hardly any guest and the morning of our check out there was no staff to be seen at 08.30am. Also, during our stay, we rented bikes through the hotel and the hotel staff wanted to charge us double the tarif they had told us which was not nice.

The design of the room was lovely. They had a bidet! The staff was super friendly and the location is perfect - right on the main road and close to the ferry piers.

I can't rate this hotel highly enough - it's one of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed. The room itself was spotless, with huge comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking the street outside (a great place to sit and watch the world go by). The location is also fabulous, just round the corner from the harbour and along a street lined with delicious food stalls. However, it was the staff that really made this stay so exceptional. Every single person we spoke to went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible - helping us to organise electric bikes, making sure we had everything we needed, and even sharing a bubble tea with us when we arrived after a hot day of cycling around the island.

They gave breakfast vouchers for a few cooperative eateries, but we thought the food at these eateries wasn’t very good, so we ended up eating breakfast elsewhere

Relatively new and lovely decorated hotel at a perfect location. The staff was very kind and happy to help us with everything we needed and gave us a free late checkout. The room was big and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast is not availabe at this hotel, so you get a voucher (50NTD per person) to get it somewhere else. Didn’t really bother us but can be good to know.

Beautiful rooms, great location. Lovely owners - very personable and welcoming. We were welcomed with a drink and they answered any questions we had about the island. Water dispenser. Would very happily stay again!

No local breakfast at Inn - have to visit other places for breakfast. The stay was pricey, but the Inn is lovely!

The "breakfast included" is just a NT$50 voucher to a nearby restaurant (barely enough to buy one sandwich), which feels a bit scam-ish.

The room was really lovely; it was spotlessly clean, modern, with excellent air con and a balcony. The shower is strong and has plenty of hot water. The TV has its own Netflix account and the wi-fi is good. The location was perfect for me; it is within walking distance of the ferry a there are plenty of eating and shopping options in the surrounding streets. The area has a great atmosphere, with lots of street food stands and stalls in the evenings, and especially at weekends. It is walking distance to Vase Rock and (a little bit longer) to Beauty Beach; I spent my whole time on the beach snorkelling, surrounded by lots of giant turtles. I'm not a breakfast person, so didn't try the available options; but you get given vouchers for 100 TWD per morning for 2 local places, which seems like plenty. There is a Thai restaurant in the hotel; I didn't try it as it was really busy on my last night, but the food smelled delicious. Staff were really lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A little kettle in the room would have been good. Not an issue for the hotel, but just to warn you that the island gets crazy busy at the weekends, so visit during the week if you can.
