We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I would especially like to highlight the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. Thank you for the friendly service, we would love to come back! My Friend and I were really sad to leave.

Nice place

I have been coming to the same accommodation for the last few years, I always choose it because the quality-price ratio is very good, the guys who work here are smiling, they are willing to serve you and help you, and in general everything works as it should, I recommend it

Booking: 35 m2, seating area, pattio, view Reality: at most 20 m2, no seating area, no pattio, no view. I wouldn't even mind if the manager didnn't have the audacity to tell me it's booking's fault, he can't do anything, and what do i expect for the price ... Take responsibility for advertising more than you offer. Indecent, dishonest. Not the way to run a business.

Location is good, the rest is just okay, we booked a room with air-condition, but it wasn't working, so we suffered for a few days with the heat, no afford from the host/owner to resolve the issue.

The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The AC works perfectly, making the stay comfortable, except when there are power cuts, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

My experience was disappointing. The room was advertised as spacious but was very small. The single dim light made it hard to see, and the toilet seat was loose and uncomfortable, and requiring multiple flushes. The bathroom had small windows without mosquito mesh, a persistent bad smell, and only cold water in the shower. There was no place to hang clothes, and the curtains let in light, making it hard to sleep. My room was never cleaned the whole time I was there, the sheets weren’t changed. Salt shakers super dirty

Great location, just a two minute walk to the beach. Big, comfy rooms. The on-site restaurant was a great choice for dinner and the included breakfast was very good.

very close to the beach, literally 1min, its good place to stay on budget, price is adequate to the service provided, 5min walk to village where you find local people, stalls and restaurant (best in the evening). breakfast alla carte, was acceptable, but you get bread only with the first option, the second is just eggs and 2 sousages so man can be still hungry, lovely beautiful cat on the premises . staff quite nice, parking in front of hotel

the room was advertised as 30m2 but was very small! another problem is when the power cuts on island the place does not have back up electricity generator so we ended up staying 2 hours with no water in extreme heat (in the night). another thing is a noise, coming from the loud music in the bar down stairs (basically just bass bits) - some guests would like to sleep from 21/22 but music continues until quite late. also the owner seems to be quite arrogant

Highlight was the friendly and helpful staff including cleaner and workers who assisted me to get a new bulb when reported that the bed side lamp was not working , staff suggested night clubs such as the old then the new Jumbo night club to go after 23h00 a 15 min walk to for a late night dancing to early morning, Shanga recomended nearby for the next night entertainment, staff organised a cheap taxi to stone town. Safety box in the room by the bed with own key, clean room and comfortable bed and quiet at night to sleep with mosquito nets. Great location only 1 min walk to the beach and hotel has their own private area on the beach in the shade to sit and chill and to do kite activities.Aircon in room Tasty breakfast on rooftop with 4 options served free every morning but limited to 1 drink for free either coffee or tea or juice otherwise pay for extra drinks .Shops nearby and 20min walk to.town to find atms by the Roundabout on main road. Bar in the front to buy drinks.

Worst is that there is No generator hence due to no electricity at times you are unable to use the wifi and have to find shower in the dark.Guests shoud be given a torch when there is no electricity to shower in the dark. No soap or shampoo supplied in the bathroom. No free water to guests , you have to buy your own from a shop. No fridge in the room. No hangers for your clothes.

The hotel was very clean and the staff where so nice ..... The food was so good.... Breakfast from day one was perfect... The hotel was a minute away from the beach ....that was so nice

I wish they could work on providing at least BATHING SOAP to the guest... I wish they also provided DRINKING WATER in the rooms for the guest....

All was amazing

The property is spotless clean, has a great rooftop terrace where you can enjoy your dinner with an amazing view of the sunset and ocean, or play some board games while enjoying a drink. Food was very delicious, fresh and good price. Beach is 2 steps away , the hotel is surrounded by many shops. Staff very welcoming and helpful with everything you need. An excellent location. Very close to the beach and all the major activities in Paje. The managers take care of every single detail.The rooms are clean, the staff in the restaurant are very attentive to the customers and their needs, the breakfast is very good. I was most impressed by the restaurant on the roof. You can enjoy a delicious meal admiring the sunset or the ocean. I highly recommend it.
