Not all amenities mentioned on the website were present in the room. This I found true of all hotels I booked during this holiday. However kettle, tea/coffee facilities were provided immediately after request.

Basic hotel that had everything you needed. We were here just for the location as a night before/after our safari. Staff were very helpful if we ever needed any help like finding somewhere for a local SIM card or arranging taxis. Bottled water was refilled every day. Location was good - next to markets/hustle bustle of town (just beed earplugs)

Nothing that worried me, there is some street noise very early in the evening, your in the middle of a city, it dies down by about 8.30/9.00

Great location, right in centre and walk to many attractions. Good coffee and eating places close by. Nothing too fancy but very nice bed, its clean, safe and super friendly. Brought kettle to the room for tea and coffee. Great value for money.

Hot water was only warm, balcony door didn’t shut, staff could be more welcoming.

Perfect if you like the chaos of central Arusha like I do. Right near the market and walking distance from restaurants and central bus station. Room was comfy too, I had a corner room.

In the evening there was no hot water, which is very common in Tanzania. In the morning it was working again!

The power went off in the middle of the night with no generator back-up which made the room really hot without the AC.

Breakfast was disappointing. Shortly after I arrived, the sausages ran out, and it took the chefs over 30 minutes to prepare more. By the time they were finally ready, most of the frustrated guests had already finished their meals and left. It left me wondering if this might be a regular occurrence.

The hot water was difficult to get working- it took a really long time but eventually worked.

I was only here for one night but the staff were all very helpful, I had a delicious dinner and the next morning staff packed me a takeaway breakfast as I left early for a safari. They kindly stored my luggage while I was on safari.

Comfortable Rooms with mosquito net and WLAN in the rooms. Staff, especially at the reception reliable and helpful for advice. We left our valuables in the safe at the reception and got everything safely back. Restaurant on the 1st floor, opened all day till 9pm with tasty food and friendly staff

The water puressuer in the bathroom was weak, but it was ok for a night. It might be a bit noisy because it is in the center of the city.

We stayed the hotel 2 nights before/after a safari tour. The room was very compact (only a chair, no sofa), but it was no problem in our case. The staffs were supporttive, flexible, and managed our requests very welll. The restaurant in the hotel was a local atmosphere, but we enjoyed a dinner, breakfast there. The location was convinient. There were surpermarkets, local markets and shopping streets.

Toilet flush was a bit faulty.

Convenient for a night in Arusha center. Nice room and comfortable bed with mosquito net. They provide tooth brushes and toothpaste. Good breakfast.
