QatarThe Hotel is in a green natural setting. Lizards and flies and mosquitoes are expected. The Hotel should work more on the insulation of the rooms. Doors and windows, at least in our room, had gaps that allowed lizards in. We didn't mind it though 😅 they were friendly.
The BBQ night was nice The Hotel is at a quieter area close to Paje The general setting is nice Rooms very spacious and nice decoration.

South AfricaBeautiful place. Rooms were clean and neat, we received a welcome drink upon arrival. There was sushi on the restaurant menu although they said the sushi chef wasn't at work so we couldn't order sushi. The pool bar was not operational because management said that the place was not fully booked. They also didn't have parties / events which we were looking forward to. Location is good, it's about 10 minutes from Paje Beach / Markets/ Restaurants. The resort was not fully booked so we got an upgrade to a room which was closer to the pool area.

United KingdomMattresses are not very comfortable. Make sure you check the bill on what you consume at the restaurant/bar and pay it on the same day, do not add it on the room number. Before we left, at the reception appeared extra things to be paid, that we have paid for already. Kitchen is quite slow, so if you are hungry, take about 30-40 minutes to wait for the food. But food is tasty and fresh, we recommend it.
Te resort itself is good. Very peaceful and compared with what else we have visited, in this area are not as many “beach boys”, so you can relax on the beach. Tasty food. Coffee from breakfast was good also. Staff, in general, are nice and friendly.

The food was lovely, as we booked an All inlcusive holiday, and it was really well worth it. I would highly recommend this resort.

Good thing we like parties because it would not have been possible to sleep. Be aware this is a night club too. The international DJ's for this party were ok but not amazing. Nice party until sunrise anyway.

Friendly Hotel Personal. Amazing beach directly at he Hotel. The Breakfast is for Zanzibar Conditions Excellent with variation. The Hotel restaurant is top. I can highly recommend, again an excellent kitchen Chef does a good job. I liked the Menue Card. The relxing areas are comfortable & the drinks are well done. The space of room is enough and comfortable bed. The Housekeeping 10 points. We get daily fresh water bottles, thanks

NetherlandsThe overall facility is nice and with lots of potential but the hotel experiences various problems in its operations and supplies. During our 4-day stay in the December holiday season, the Sushi restaurant was fully closed and some basic menu choices such as tuna or icecream were mostly not available.
Tiki Beach is a nice beach hotel resort in a beautiful location with direct beach access and sea view. Most of the hotel facilities are generally modern and recently renovated. The bungalows are a bit small and somewhaf outdated but overall well kept, clean and in a good condition. The hotem staff is very friendly and service orientated. The food is overall of good quality but choice of food and wines is often restricted due to limited supplies. During our stay, the power and therefore the aircon and wifi services were often interrupted a few days a day as result of general grid problems in Zanzibar, but in most cases the hotel generator was able to pick up and revive power again for most of the day & nights.

Qatar2 things: 1) The blanket was a very thin cloth, barely a blanket, so perhaps this can be improved or changed for the future. 2) The water got unexpectedly cut off the entire night, but was resumed the next morning. I feel that since it is an island and “water stoppages” happen now and then hotels should have immediate backup water supply, so i hope the management can look into this.
2 things that would make me return: 1) the hosts gave me and my 2 friends who booked a standard room each, an upgrade to the bungalows and it was such a pleasant surprise. 2) We asked for a late check out as we had to be at an activity, and they gave us what we asked for. So to the Tiki Manager and rest of the team, we personally thank you.

Location was excellent. The food cooked by the chef Edip was really good. The staff at reception- Mambo & Team were really good. The owner & management were very friendly. Mocktails were really good. breakfast had a fair selection of food. coffee & masala tea was really good. Service staff - Sporah & Freda were wonderful.
