The host and other were great and welcoming. The property was situated right across from a great restaurant, which was my reason for booking. Oceanfront, great room.

There is alot of kids around the beach Area and can be noise at time.

My only suggestion would be to install a hammock to relax in…icing on top of the cake.

The most comfortable bed I’ve had in weeks. So relaxing and they catered to my dietary requirements with yummy GF pancakes. Apartments have all you need to cook for yourself if you want to. A lovely beach to explore when the tide is out and you won’t be interrupted as much as other beaches I’ve experienced.

What a little gem of a place If you want relaxation then this is the place to go. Stayed only 1 night but wish we stayed for more. The view is simply just WOW unspoilt beach for miles to see.

The Masaai Hut is a big NO

Right on the beach opposite the Rock, the owner was so kind to upgrade us without extra charge, thank you. One peace of advice, avoid booking the MASAAI HUT by all means. Food was also amazing. Amazing sun rise views in the morning

The Hotel is simply amazing! Our suite was very spacious and comfortable, neat and clean. Housekeeping is doing an amazing job, even turn down service is provided. The food is simply delicious, we tasted Nigerian dishes and they also accommodated our dietary requirements. The team is a gem, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I'll definitely be back and can recommend this hotel for your trip in Zanzibar!

We had a great stay, we discovered the Hotel because we wanted to have dinner at the Rock restaurant but didnt want to drive back to our original resort. The view is the perfect name because it is stunning from your veranda. The owners Yudee and Joop Nigerian/Dutch are excelent hosts and their team is very friendly and effective. Brand new restaurant and tastefull decorated suites, food was great and the coconuts and beer are ice cold. The view is a must when going to Zanzibar. What a lucky find. Found last minute and was able to spend a night there for the experience but wish we had more time. So cool to wake up and see the beautiful blue water steps away. Got to visit the rock restaurant which is smack dab in front. They plan to expand this property with added pool and I cannot wait to visit again when it is fully complete. Would have loved air conditioning or netting on the windows.However, it has a wonderful breeze and amazing views from the balcony.

It has great views, wonderful location, modern furnishings & fittings and comfortable beds. The property management is in constant communication with the client.The service was good and consistent. Great touches throughout the apartment and refillable water from the property in recycled glass bottles was an added bonus. Amazing views of the ocean and Rock Restaurant!

The staff put red flowers on our bed as a welcome. That is a nice idea but unfortunatley the flowers leave red spots on the sheets which makes them look like they are dirty.

The hosts and the staff are really nice. The location is amazing. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time. The rooms are big and the highlight is the balcony where you can watch the sea.

We loved this place. It was great sitting on the balcony watching the tides, the people and the weather. It was so calm and the staff friendly. It had a great vibe with cool recycled wood furnishings and comfortable rooms. There is an onsite restaurant or you can try others up and down the beach.

The apartment is basically in the beach, the view is amazing, clean room and kind staff. The location allows you to enjoy of beautiful walk in the beach, swim in the sea, reach tongues of white sand in the middle of the Ocean and interact with local people.

In this Hotel everything was perfect! We had our own terrace with view to the sea, breakfast in the room, kitchen for preparing our own food, everyday cleaning. Also food and drinks are available in the restaurant. We felt like part of the family, so we celebrated the christmas eve together with the owners, their friends and the staff. The owner took us one night to the sunset beach, where we were dancing and partying with them. We would definetly coming back!
