Great location! Very close to the beach and to the main road, everything is within walking distance and it's safe to walk around. The room is very clean and has a nice bathroom. We had a room with airconditioning and a fan, which was really good to cool down at night. Breakfast is great! there is coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruits, cake, toast, eggs... The owners and staff are really friendly and helpful. It was possible to arrange activities, taxi, ... they also reccomended a few restaurants nearby. The garden has a small pool with enough space tot just get refreshed, thé garden is also very peaceful and has a few nice spots to relax, you can also chill in the main area downstairs, on the first floor or on the rooftop.

There is no restaurant for lunch and dinner but that was no problem at all, as the staff showed us a long list of optional restaurants nearby. If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs for the night because of the mosque nearby. 😁

Stayed for five nights. It is two minutes away from the beach. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good and breakfast was good. The pool is small to swim but we preferred the beach so it was not a problem for us. I recommend, it is a good stay.

The breakfast was great(Flies were little bit annoying though). And the room itself was nicely decorated, so so clean, I have never seen any bugs(even mosquitoes!). The host and staffs are very kind and had hospitalites. Highly recommend this hotel and I'll stay at this hotel if I visit Zanzibar again.

No shampoo or showergel so don't forget to bring the amenities(I brought them, so no problem at all). The water pressure of the shower was a little low, and the duration was about 10 to 15 minutes(I switched on the hot water and waited for 1 hour or something), which was a little short for Asian women who like to take long showers(but the other hotel that I stayed in Zanzibar was same, so it is general level in Zanzibar, I guess). I understand the area is safe to walk at night, but the area was kind of "quiet" local people's residencial area, I was little bit scary to walk at night. The kind staff helped me to call the Tuktuk to take me to the restaurant, so it was not a problem though.

Hotel is just 1 min. walk to the beach. Staff is very kind and friendly. Owner is charming Italian lady, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast consist of 5 various fruits, eggs, bread, coffee and tee, cake.

- The staff is incredibly nice - The room was neat, clean, had everything I needed including a mosquito net, small locker and airconditioning (make sure that the room you book says it has airconditioning if you want that) - The breakfast that is included is nice and quite a good portion unlike other places I’ve been - It’s a <2 minute walk from the beach - the bathroom looked nice and I had a relatively warm shower

- Most restaurants are a little further away to the left along the beach if you want to walk, but for me that wasn’t a great issue

Elena is a Gem. She made the difference. The location is great.

From the moment I arrived, I immediately felt like home. We enjoyed a really cute & cozy garden, breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality of the staff made me feel even more like I'm home. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. And the location is absolutely unbeatable! The beach is literally around the corner - okay, maybe 5 steps away hihi. If you’re looking for a place in Zanzibar that combines comfort, charm, perfect location, this is YOUR choice. We can’t wait to come back ❤️

everything was perfect, Elena the owner is wonderful, friendly. Zanzicrown was my home for a month. Very clean, daily cleaned rooms, great breakfast. Nasor was very nice and helpful. and a beautiful garden and a small pool where you can spend a pleasant time. I give 20 points out of 10😘

Located very close to the beach, with extremely kind staff. The garden and pool area is quite nice, and the rooms as well.

Breakfast wasn’t the most varied and didn’t have juice, and the rooms didn’t have shampoo or shower gel.

On top of a nice stay we could check out late free of charge as the room was not booked. So we could enjoy another morning at the beach.

Very good place for stay in Nungwi. Quiet, very close to the beach and fish market. Comfortable bed and room, clean, if you like fruits and eggs - perfect tasty breakfast. You feel safe and welcome. Great staff as well.

Everything and everyone was perfect. This is the best, prettiest and friendliest place i have ever been to. You wont regret choosing this accommodation. The official pictures are what it really looks like. They have kitties also, breakfast is nice, the garden, the room, the staff..they did whatever we asked immediately, they are like friends. Location is 100.

Everything is perfect!

Lovely accommodation. Met our requirements. Good location and a minute away from the beach. The lady who owns the property is very helpful. She ensured to cater to the dietary requirements for my wife who is a pure vegetarian. The breakfast was very nice. Fresh and nutritious. The homemade cakes were an instant hit with us. The property is secure. Car parking is on the street but is secure enough.with camera coverage. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable.

The lighting in the room could have been better.

A nice hotel with a lovely little private garden. We were sick during our stay and really appreciated the garden - to be able to hang out there during the days and also use the little plunge pool. Clean room and super nice staff are other big plus with Zanzicrown. The location is not many steps from the beach, but still in a little private position. Which we liked. If you want to see the ocean there is a roof terrace for that :-) We would like to send a special thank to Nassor and the other guys working at the Zanzicrown for being so nice and helpful. We wish you all the luck! Take care of yourselves and all the cats <3

Everything was perfect.

Very clean neat. Had good sleep. The location is right next to the beach. So I enjoyed swimming time in there.

The warm water was not working well. But it wasn't really big issue because it was hot
