Issue with TV internet

Very pleasant and accommodating staff, our room had a problem with the AC and TV, and they promptly moved us to a new room without any issues. Spa is excellent and the hotel itself is beautiful

The ambiance and location. The “summer” dining area is really great when the weather isn’t too cold. The menu is quite interesting.

Wonderful location, very comfortable and refreshingly not a chain in terms of decor or atmosphere. Really beautiful place, I will be back.

I would like to mention, that this is my subjective opinion and hotel is great overall. I would come back again but... Bed is soooooo sooooo bad. Both of us tried every part but both of us got back pain. One more point is the rule to not throw the toilet paper to the toilet. It's okay but...than you should have a closed trash can, right?

Hotel in the city center, everything is nearby! The breakfast is amazing - buffet type, Swedish line. Available free parking and the main great part - you can come with your cat!

I didn't like leaving.

Everything about staying at AllureInn was great. I had an apartment, for five nites. I was comfortably "at home" the entire time. Appreciated the full-size fridge & the washer. (Wish it also dried.) Staff were awesome, seriously awesome. Location could not have been better. On-sight restaurant had terrific Ukrainian food. Another excellent restaurant across the sidestreet. I'd stay here again, without hesitation. Дякую!

The first room we had, 20, the spa bath taps didn’t work. We were moved to another room, 29. The spa bath worked but the cold tap was loose, the shower tray had a crack in it which leaked onto the floor, the water collected in the tray because the waste was so slow to drain. In the room the plug socket on the side of the bed nearest the window was loose and didn’t work. Not at all good in a hotel like this. Not sure if we’ll stay again even though this was our 4th time at Allure Inn

It was a little noisy if you had the windows open. The bedding was great but the mattress was a little too stiff in my opinion.

The staff helped us with a transfer from the border and were very attentive.

The bathroom is good but could do with the shower being updated, it was a bit too much with the side jets as well that just caused water to go everywhere. The doors didn’t close properly so there was always a puddle after use.

The hotel decor is interesting and nothing like the anonymous international type of property. Breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable.
