NorwayHave to wait for reception to come when we arrived. We was waiting for 15 minutes. Very steep Road up to hotel when it’s snow. Then you need a 4 wheel drive car.
Nice room, bed,clean, veiw a beautiful hotel. Pleasure to go swimming pool after a day on skiing.

Ukrainewe did not like the queque at the breakfast as it was very croudy at the moment. Probably the shift system can be applied - some go and get theor breakfast at 08.00, then 08.45 etc..

UkraineIt’s very clean and comfortable. The pool and hamam solves the problem with leisure in summertime when there is no skiing. But the most outstanding thing is the hotel crew. We came early in the morning and were very exhausted after train. They let us wait in very comfortable conditions and let us take the room long before official check-in time without any additional fee. Highly recommended!

UkraineThere was no A/C controls (or we didn't manage to find one), however the temperature in a room was comfortable. The room service could have been better, it appears that only towels have been replaced and trash can (which is quite small) has been emptied. Another thing is that the rooms provide mediocre noise protection and you can hear the corridor and sometimes even the next room. This is not a dealbreaker though, because in general the stay was pretty quiet. Also for some reason there are no paper towels in the room and there are none provided when ordering food, which is inconvenient. Lastly, some ordered food can arrive close to cold, which may be caused by the overload of the kitchen in the evening.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and had a good view. Big thank you to the administrator, who made it possible to check in earlier. The spa zone was quite good and clean, although pretty crowded at times. In general a very good stay with a couple of small things which didn't really affect us much.

UkraineRestaurant and staff(restaurant) - you have to order for a choice only a few dishes for a breakfast and have to wait too long(up to 45 minutes). Staff can even forget about you. Food on one day could be to much salty or no salt at all. Coffee is a crap (cheap gas station level). After pool or jacuzzi water burning eyes because of low level of chlorine and high level of ph. Khamam and sauna starts working at 4pm. Still doors plates(with number) on occupant’s (russian) language. Kids zone extremely poor and old. firewood or coal must bring own(can’t even buy
