Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe lunches for the conference were disappointing. There were three of us running (teaching) the course and, of course, we were the last to lunch every day. Every day there was no salad left for us and usually most of the main course had also gone. When we questioned the staff, they just said "bad luck - your delegates have eaten too much". For four days in a row this was awful. We also had no-where to sit - being blocked from using empty tables. We took our lunch back into the Ballroom instead which was sad. The bed was too soft and the pillows lumpy. I ended up sleeping on the cushions of the sofabed on the floor
The reception staff were exceptional. Very very helpful and willing to assist us. Always smiling and always great.

UkraineThe only thing that could be somewhat disturbing was cooking smells from the neighbouring room felt in my dressing area.
I loved very helpful and polite personnel. They extended my stay with no additional payment for a few extra hours prior to the check-in and after the check-out hours. I had tasty lunches and nice coffees during breaks in our conference activities. Room heating could be adjusted according to my needs. The location was practically in the outskirts which actually turned into an advantage considering not rare airraids on the Kyiv downtown. The place featured a big underground hall to shelter you during air attacks. A power generator ensured electricity during shutdowns.

I've got a free upgrade for my room - that was really nice. Excellent breakfast, lots of vegetables and fruits. Hotel very clean. They have a prompt notification system for power cuts so that you do not use lifts when switching from grid to autonomous power supply (short time cuts in power happening during the switch). Arranged a spacious shelter that accommodates conducting meetings.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially the reception. Staying in a hotel in a country at war is already interesting in itself, but when you see the extraordinary lengths they go to to secure the comfort and safety of their guests, this is why I’d return to and recommend this hotel. Great staff working under extraordinary circumstances and constantly asking if you’re comfortable and what more they can do. We had light, wifi, water, when most of the city had none.

Bed and pillows are absolutely not comfortable, room and room floor was clod, poor heating system. There is no water pressure in the shower, and costly as compared to the other good hotels in kyiv.

UkraineFood, coffee(everywhere in a hotel)/tea, water(the cheapest one). Old renovation, minor damages. Balcony(it’s intimidating, you don’t feel secure there(I’m not frightened of height)). Lack of handle on the back of balcony door(smoke goes to room). Lack of ashtray in number with balcony. Poor shampoo/shower gel(like a watered down). Unreasonable prices on minibar compared to the same-price hotels in Ukraine. Even delivery to the room you should pay separately. Full absence of minibar in a room. It was cold at first, so I should ask for external heater(which is working only with card, so I couldn’t get the room heated without me and my card inside). Awful soundproof( I heard people snoring the room next to mine). About “city view” - it’s not guaranteed. Room with balcony are only twin - you have no ability to choose a double bed if you want balcony - only two separate beds. Bathrobe and towels are felling like too old.
