Mattress and pillows

Absolutely in love with the facilities, ambiance, view and staff. But its my second time, and again I’m facing with the same issue of very firm mattress and inconvenient pillows. Please consider this to elevate the experience :)

Nothing! Everything was ideal!! I have nothing to add, they really were so accomodating. I have nothing negative to add.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. I truly believe this was the best service I have ever experienced. Also, the hotel itself was incredible. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast delicious, cocktails amazing, and the views were breathtaking. I would come back here without question.

We had a wonderful opportunity to spend the weekend in this amazing place. We were satisfied with everything: our room, the restaurant, and the spa. The hotel staff performed their work at the highest level, always smiling and ready to help. Our room was very clean, and it had everything for a comfortable stay (kettle, water, robes, slippers, shower amenities).

Poor menu for dinner and especially for kids. It was quite difficult to choose something ( If you stay with your kids and would like to go play somewhere outside, they have a yard with children house and other stuff, but the way is through the children room, which wasn't very convenient..

We loved everything about this hotel! U feel like at home. Room is amazingly stylish. Enough space for everyone. Comfortable beds. Spa area is great. outdoor jacuzzis are great. Breakfast is very tasty with various options.

The room was poorly designed (the fault of the architect not the current staff), with the curtains open people on the terrace with the hot tubs, and on the balcony next to the restaurant, could see clearly into the room. A rethink of that 'suite with panoramic views' is needed, with some design alterations, until then it is not worth anywhere near the money charged for it. Whilst obviously not under the control of the hotel, the whole Bukovel area either has been, or is being, destroyed by over development. It’s definitely the area most to avoid in the Carpathian mountains.

The property is a building site very noisy all the time including nights it’s the only place where I have stayed where they give you ear pads with the vanity kit so you can sleep at night . The jacuzzi water is filthy. This property is totally misrepresented on booking.con

It was absolutely disgusting to say the least - the bathroom was dirtier than a public restroom in a pub - the smell of mold and sewage in the bathroom was so strong, we had to use the bathroom at reception and kept our bathroom door closed at all times - there was hair and BUM PRINTS 🤢 on the toilet seat, and (after we had asked the reception to send someone up to clean it up), the housekeeper BLEW THE HAIR OFF of the toilet seat and DID NOT EVEN TOUCH IT WITH A TISSUE (unfortunately, we can't add a video to our review, but it shows everything very well, and simply wiping the toilet seat with a napking would take care of the problem), and they put up the "disinfected" sign back up 🤢 - the shower head had brown dirt and someone's hair on it, which also WAS NOT taken care of by the housekeeping - the TV was quiet old, it couldn't play media from a flesh drive, so we were stuck with pre-included media options - the plates at breakfast were dirty - wasps - the staff didn't speak English

- location (the view if the mountains is great) - some staff were very friendly and good at their job (like Vladyslav) - parking - indoor pool 24/7 - slippers, kettle, balconies - comfortable bed - amenities (board games, ping pong table) - pretty good breakfast (very little variety tho) - outlets on each side of the bed - big wardrobe with a safe - blackout curtains - they left some pre-cut fruit for us in the room as a gift, however the windows were opened, so the fruit attracted a lot of fruit flies which were impossible to get rid of

Very low to the ground bed with too firm of a mattress. No air conditioning in the room, the portable unit they provide barely works and makes noise. No elevator on property, so hello floor 4 with suitcases. Very small parking lot.
