UkraineThe only unpleasant thing I noticed is not perfectly clean carpet in my room. Everything else was great.
The breakfast was nice and in abundance. The location is great. Just walk 3 min to ski lift and enjoy skiing. The outdoor pool is amaizing.

UkraineIt would be great if there were better hairdryers. Those typical hotel hairdryers are just horrible for your hair and uncomfortable to hold in the hand (the cable attached to the hairdryer base on the wall is too tight).
Spa is small but awesome. I will definitely visit again.

UkraineWe booked the Twins Hotel for four nights, hoping to enjoy part of our vacation here. Unfortunately, that didn’t quite work out. We made the reservation about a week before our arrival date via Booking.com. Since we planned to check in during the late afternoon, I decided to call a few days in advance to inform the hotel about our late arrival. Unfortunately, my initial attempts to do so were unsuccessful. I called around 10 p.m., and it seems the booking service does not operate at that time. The next day, I managed to reach the reservations department and informed them about our late check-in. I was slightly surprised that the booking specialist was unusually eager to know the exact time of our arrival. On the day of our arrival, around 7:30 p.m., a receptionist greeted us with the words, “I tried calling you but couldn’t get through.” This struck us as odd, as I hadn’t received any missed calls, messages, or notifications. It also raised the question of why they didn’t just message me via Booking, Viber, or Telegram. Then came the real surprise. Before checking in, we were asked to inspect the room to ensure it was satisfactory, which made us a bit uneasy. After seeing the room, it became clear that our stay at Twins wasn’t going to be restful. The windows of our room faced a construction site directly. Photos and videos are attached. When we asked why we weren’t informed about this, we didn’t receive a clear response. However, the hotel employee bluntly told us, “If you don’t like the room, you can leave.” Great service for 17,000 UAH ($400+) for four nights. Twins, would it really be that difficult to inform guests in advance or send a photo? Since we were exhausted and there weren’t many hotel options available due to the high season, we decided to stay and requested to be moved to another room at the earliest opportunity. We were relocated two days later to a room with the same construction view, but slightly farther away. For that, we were grateful.
The SPA here is really nice, and we enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately, it was the only positive experience we had at Twins.
