Hotel is placed near the centre, it is super convenient. Pretty good breakfast, nice staff. Clean cozy room.

The way to the hotel, it’s on the hill. There is a rent inside the hotel, but almost all the days was some problems with snowboard I rented, they are old.

It’s super cozy and convenient hotel, with amazing stuff working there. Perfect restaurant. It’s clean and I do reccomend to stay there. It’s not so far from the lift.

Room could get a little stuffy. Unless you got to the breakfast when it was fresh out, it was generally cold.

Location was great, it was fantastic value for money, all staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was tasty. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Views from room were amazing.

Soundproofing leaves much to be desired, we booked the smallest room and had to move the bed so that you can access it from 2 sides. Power outlet only on 1 side of the bed. No fridge in the room.

The only real downside of the place is the fact that if you are travelling mostly on foot (without a car), you'd need to go uphill for about 7-10 minutes to reach the hotel. The hotel is quite close to the slopes & main part of the ressort but this going uphill might be inconvenient if you also wear your skiing boots / carry a snowboard etc., especially after a day's ride. For me, it was totally okay since day 1 but I might imagine a family with kids or elderly people would prefer a transfer for that - and to know about that in advance. There is a transfer available at the hotel (a van comes to wherever you want and picks you up), for UAH 200-250 (a fair price, for me).

I loved most of the things about this place. Breakfasts were stellar; the place is cleaned very throughly; the personnel at both hotel and restaurant are super pleasant and helpful. My room was not very big but well-lit, cozy, and warm (and cleaned / supplied with drinkable water and toiletries daily). Service was non-intrusive and respectful. Amenities were very good everywhere. The restaurant has very reasonable prices and food is much better than expected from Bukovel altogether.

Apartment room: There are not enough places to sit during breakfast rush hour. It is not possible to control the temperature in some rooms, leading to some rooms being too hot or too cold. The kitchen (built into the balcony) is cold. Although it is presented as being close to the slope lifts, the path involves navigating through sharp descents and ascents, sometimes on a broken (dirt-covered) road surface. There is no place in the hotel or apartment room to dry clothes. WiFi signal is available in all rooms, but the internet quality is low. The stove is of the induction type - keep this in mind if you have your own cookware to use on it.

Apartment room: Variety of delicious dishes for breakfast. Separate rooms are available to store ski and snowboard equipment, and there is a place to dry shoes in the hotel. The apartment room is spacious. The view from the windows is nice. The staff are polite. It is closely located to the Bukovel entertainment center. There is an abundance of drinking water. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels are changed every day. All bathroom consumables (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) are refilled daily by the hotel staff.

The room walls or doors weren't very sound proof. The hallway sounded amplified when groups of people were walking and talking together in the hallway. It wasn't terrible, just annoying if we were trying to fall asleep.

We had a great view for the price.
