Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomI booked for a superior deluxe room but on arrival they gave me a different room which is not exactly what I booked for. They told me that the person who was in it has chosen to extend their stay. I felt cheated as the room I paid for was $85 dollars and they gave me a room listed for $60 with out a refund. Also the internet provided can only work on one gadget. If you have more than one phone you must chose which one you should connect as the voucher provided works on only one.
The environment around was really good, it’s a whole packed facility with all the amenities in place, the health club and the wonderful restaurant with nice food.

PolandMy room, a single room, was quite cramped. On top of that, it had a window overlooking the car park, so you could hear visitors and cars until the evening. Breakfast not to my taste or style, although dinner in the hotel restaurant brilliant. The internet worked very poorly in the room, I went outside the building to access.
The hotel is in a quiet and probably in a safe area. There are restaurants throughout the hotel grounds offering brilliant food, the best I have eaten in Uganda. There is also a sizable swimming pool, sauna, bars, even a storied gym available to hotel guests from early morning. This is a small town. Rooms comfortable, clean. Bathroom too. Breakfast good, but African style.

ChilePool was always crowded and noisy because they sell daily passes to non-guests. Room windows are not soundproof, there was a wedding event in the compound and they started testing music Saturday 6:30am!! Room pictures look way better than they are, refurnishing is required
The best thing is the restaurant. It's amazing! Breakfast was wonderful, but we ended up having all meals there. The location is great, great views from the restaurant. Coffee shop is high quality, drinks at different bars were amazing. Pool was clean. Staff was strange: either extremely friendly-helpful-kind-attentive or longed-faced-inattentive. Location wonderful with also-good restaurants nearby, safe to walk and run. A pass to a big commercial gym (located inside the compound) was included in my stay

The staff and the restaurant on the premises are world class. The compound is well kept with amenities like a gym, pools, and bars. This is a great spot of leisure.

United KingdomI booked a room for two, but I was told that my girlfriend was not able to have breakfast with me. Power shortages at night. Senior members from the restaurant are had no manners I even saw a lady spitting in front of me and my lady while we were having breakfast I have never seen that anywhere but maybe that is how they do things in that place spitting in front of guests the lady at the reception they were all very rude. They did not tell me what I was entitled to in terms of what did I pay for the lady showing me the room I felt like I was disturbing her. The gym is overcrowded it was leaking. It was dirty.
The location was nice and they made me some nice eggs for breakfast.
