Some items are not included in our room rates in order to maintain the most affordable accommodation rates in Kampala while maintaining high standards and offering great value for money. However, our staff are always happy to assist guests in purchasing any additional items from nearby supermarkets. Regarding internet access, we sincerely regret that you experienced any disruption during your stay. While our internet is stable, occasional slowdowns may occur during peak hours. These instances are rare, and we’re sorry it coincided with your visit. Regarding housekeeping, we also wish to clarify to our esteemed guests that our rooms are cleaned daily to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that we strive to offer all our guests. For those staying longer, we understand that privacy is important, and some may choose to delay or reschedule housekeeping. Additionally, we are conveniently close to the Northern Bypass, which provides efficient links to various parts of Kampala, including the City Centre and Entebbe Airport, while helping guests avoid heavy traffic—one of the key reasons many guests prefer our property..
