My room was near the lobby and pool so I heard music a lot late. But when I asked for it to be turned down they did.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices.

Better sign post from the main road would help. I used google map and it was spot on.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful on our arrival. We were looked after very well throughout our stay. Manager and staff always checking on us. Quite place well organised. Highly recommended.

The coffee at breakfast was not good. It took long before they brought mattrasses and towels at the pool. AC in our room didn't work.

Breakfast was okay, there was no buffet, so we could choose from the menu. Swimming pool was really nice, room was clean. Beds were good.

Whilst the breakfast and buffet were great, the a la carte restaurant options could be improved. Rather odd location for a hotel of this size in what felt like an industrial estate but this worked well for our work in Mukono.

High standard of accommodation, spacious, secure, with a great pool and gym. Truly wonderful staff.

Loved it..Stayed for the 31st and had an amazing time, It was so clean and the stuff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Very conveniently situated just outside Kampala near the Kampala - Jinja express way! Very clean and spacious room, very friendly staff and beautiful pool area with good catering. After long travel I recommend a massage from Olivia👍

The place had a very beautiful scenery The staff services were very efficient The chefs food was really nice I would highly recommend this place one of the best and most organised hotels in uganda.Big up to the staff and management team I really enjoyed my stay.

Mosquitoes - on one night we killed about 7 mosquitoes in the room. There should be netting on the vents. But they sprayed the room the next day so all was fine. Great friendly DJ, excellent choice of music, volume was fine but you don't need the boom all the time - boom boom. Too much.

Location was chosen so as to avoid the awful traffic jams when going eastwards from Kampala. Driving early in the morning you get through Mukono relatively easily and back in the late afternoon. After 4 pm is a challenge. The property was of high standard for a reasonable price. Rooms were large, clean, great shower, plenty of clean towels, comfortable beds, excellent food, friendly staff (particulary Angel and Gordon). Very nice pool area and bar.

I enjoyed my two nights here. The staff were super friendly particularly Gordon, Topista and Wilson at the reception. In the kitchen Pascal and house keeping Ismail so kind. The security guard Hellen was also so friendly. It’s a good and quiet place during weekdays but full on weekends. Nice pool view. Location is far from town but was convenient for my intended purpose.

The balconies are tooo short and can be very dangerous and easily cause accidents. They should put AC in corridors.

We liked the service and friendliness of the staff. especially Gordon and Teopista at the reception. They also were courteous enough to give us a late checkout, seeing we had kids and all. The food was AMAZING. Kudos to the chefs

Only the fact I didn’t feel I could go for walks outside the property.

For work it is very suitable. It is very comfortable and has good room service (important for breakfast); some good vegan food options; swimming pool; steam room; tea making facilities in room; instant hot water and powerful shower. Great facilities to work with colleagues. Nice outdoor seating for evening meal by pool. Also loved watching the weaver birds over the pond.

The restaurant is the only negative aspect of this hotel. I mean the food is OK, but it can easily get much better and tasteful.
