The WiFi is disappointing and needs urgently fixing - don’t see why you don’t just keep it open all the time and restricting use. It often didn’t work. Also the restaurant delayed foods at time especially if you order Asian food - the give you the meat dish and bring the rice 20mins later!

The carpet in the rooms was a little worn and I always prefer hotels with hard floors.

The hotel was quiet and in a beautiful setting. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious- I loved all of the fresh fruit and vegetables. The gym was very good.

This was the third time I stayed at the Hotel and one of the unique features is the kindness of the staff at the reception desk and the great ambience throughout the hotel. I love the soft instrumental music played throughout. I had to stay an extra night due to a flight cancellation and they accommodated me and my Team with such professionalism. The hotel was perfect for me and my colleagues.

At dinner, beaf is not available. Shower was very hot, maybe cold water is not available.

Facility is little bit old, but clean. It was very hot day, but A/C is working very well. The reception staff was very good hospitality. The dinner(Pork ribs) was nice.

Everything was fine. We are glad that the very early morning Calls to Prayers seem to have been silenced. In the past we have been subjected to multiple broadcasts, and long early morning loudspeaker rantings, apart from the Call, while at Mbale Resort. These were actually enough to stop us visiting; we think they could be directed straight to the homes of those who want to hear them. We have nothing against Islam, but a lot against being woken up at 5 am with this unwanted intrusion of noise.

Hotel bar was closed. Pool bar was too far. Some of the items on the menu in the restaurant are not prepared the way they are described. E.g. the tilapia in cream sauce. a

Very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast and food was delicious. Lot of fresh fruits and great selection. Room service was perfect. TV in the room is netflix enabled. the grounds and garden are great. They could do better with the area around the pool but all in all was good. Early check in. Late check out.
