The place would be great if it wasn't for the uninformed closures of the road due to the president of Uganda either coming to or leaving Nakasero.

Location is good, room is good, food is good. But most important is customer service is holly bad, such as the person named Arijit Bose, he deceiving me twice!!! Very very bad experience from him, he made hotel level down. He never smile to customers, even people found he is deceive, he has no shame, others staff they are all good all friendly, only this guy Arijit Bose, toooooo much bad experience from him. I don’t understand why hotel boss let this guy contact with customers, he needs to be fired. I’m traveling more that 50 countries and stay more than 500 hotels around the world. it’s my first time meet a person who working in hotel like this.
