Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe kitchen is empty with just a kettle and fridge. No plates, cutlery, microwave or washing up liquid. Air conditioning sometimes works. Street noise from early hours. Breakfast is a very poor offering. Very limited toiletries.
The hotel is safe, large suites, comfortable beds and helpful staff. There is a great restaurant nearby.

GermanyIt would be great if there was a simple bar and snacks place on site. Rooms could do with a bit of freshening up and it would be good to have basic cutlery and dishes in the shelves for longer term stay.
It's quiet, very comfortable, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is a bonus!

GermanyStaff are not always around, which can give the impression that security could be lax. A friend (who is with the police) assured me that the location is excessively secure anyway, though.
This is a very centrally located place, staff are friendly and helpful, the pool is always accessible, and the room (suite) was superbly spacious. Also, their breakfast potatoes-with-grilled bell peppers are tasty.

Having breakfast at the the hotel was one of the high lights of my stay there . The variety of fresh fruits , juices and the menu was a treat to behold. The Chef was very professional and she described each dish that was new to us. My Wife and I thoroughly our daily breakfast during the course of our stay.

A bit of an odd Hotel but good, central location. Opposite a bakery which is nice for meetings or get dinner even delivered to the hotel if needed. It's luckily not noisy during the nights, just the traffic from the road when it picks up in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. More or less value for money, especially if you get a good deal, given the high hotel prices in Kampala in general.

DenmarkThe hotel is wonderfully located within easy walking distance to everything. The area itself is peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Getting around is effortless, as everything is just a short walk away. I especially appreciated the staff, who were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help.
