    “Location was wonderful!! Unfortunately our rooms air conditioning did not work and when I tried to reach out to someone at the front desk no one answered. This was very aggravating that I was not able to contact anyone. Needless to say I didn’t sleep that night due to the fact the rooms temperature hit almost 80 even with the windows open.”

    “If you are looking for some quiet in Aspen, check out this place! Our room was located on the upper floor in the second last building (the red one’s). The view wasn’t very spectacular due to the trees just close to the windows. It felt a little like in a treehouse, we liked it. Our room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen, an eating area and a comfortable living room. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Aspen, so you can leave your car in the parking garage. They also offer a convenient golf cart service to and from your room with your luggage (the property itself doesn’t allow to drive with your own car).”
